I run a private swiming pool which is used by local swim schools and families etc. 1st Direct have provided excellent servide to me over the years with pumps, chemicals, AFM, water testing equipment, pool covers, etc. Their knowledge and range of equipment is extensive and all at very competitive prices. My experience with 1st Direct Pools was exceptional, particularly Steve at their showroom. He was very busy, being during a heatwave, but found time deal with my complex problems and purchases with speed and efficiency. The best prices and good availabity , what more can one ask for!

I can not fought the staff on their knowledge and helpfulness in everything I have phoned up to order they are reliable and when they give a day your product will turn up on site it is always there that day i would highly recommend 1st direct pools.

Excellent Service. Submitted my order at 14:41 on Friday 11 Jul 25 and it was on my doorstep at 08:59 the next day. Communication was excellent throughout as I was regularly updated on delivery status by 1st Direct Pools and their chosen courier APC.
