Chris was very helpful getting my home oxygen concentrator ordered waiting for it to arrive also he gave me the information to their physician for a tele- medicine visit with any questions and to get my prescriptions for all my oxygen needs so great

I had only just begun to explore getting a smaller portable oxygen concentrator and I normally do not entertain “cold” calls. Normally, I would have explained to the caller that I was just shopping and would give her a call back if interested. Well, Casey was not your “average” salesperson. I can’t even tell you exactly what was different about her other than within a couple of questions, I immediately felt like she truly cared. End result, we talked about different options and I made a purchase. Thank you Casey!

If I could give 1st Class Medical a “0” I would. BUYER BEWARE! I purchased an Inogen, and when it needed repair, they told me the machine had been discontinued and could Not be repaired. Main Clinic Supply proved that to be a lie when they repaired my Inogen and returned the machine to me within 48 hours. Admittedly I believed 1st Class Medical when they told me my Inogen couldn’t be repaired, and purchased another $2,000+ machine from them. I sent the new machine in for repair and did not receive the same machine back! I placed identifying marks on the outer case of my machine before I sent it, because I knew they had lied before. I called FCM and was completely ignored. I emailed pictures to show them. The representative stated over and over that she didn’t understand my concerns. My concern was/is I want MY machine back. Again, I emailed them pictures! I urgent you to learn from my mistakes. Do Not have any business dealings with this company.

I am ancient and therefore computer illiterate. I never could have managed this without the excellent help i received. I am so grateful for the kindness and patience!!
