Communication was great. They were fast, efficient and accommodating.

The guys did an awesome job removing our items. Very courteous & hard working. Highly recommend them.

Jerry and Braulio are hard working as well as kind, courteous, and respectful! They worked well together and competed the job efficiently. They are a credit to your company.

Very personable and professional; hard workers; reliable; truly helpful young gentlemen.

The guys who came here were great to work with, thank you!

The two man crew - Brandon and Iovan - who showed up at our house were delightful. They took away heavy items from our garage with ease and showed a huge amount of respect to us and our property. Best of all they had a great sense of humor and were wonderful ambassadors for the company.

Prompt response, on time, and very efficient in removing the items requested. Ruben and his partner were outstanding!

Sal and Maika, the two men who came to help me get rid of my junk, were the absolute best! They were fast, efficient, and super friendly throughout the whole process! They turned a stressful situation for me into an enjoyable experience with every step of the process! Kudos to them!

Bryce and his team were amazing! So polite, efficient and very careful while retrieving items throughout our house and property. I enjoyed watching how well they go along and worked together as a team. I would definitely recommend them for your next junk removal.

A very well run business. Easy to book, timely arrival, easy to understand pricing and very friendly helpful workers. They even swept out my garage once the junk was gone.

When we called, we were overwhelmed by all the “stuff” in my elderly sister’s home. My out-of-state brother suggested calling 1-800-JUNk and we are sure glad we did. They offered same-day service and were at her house in no time. The two young men were friendly, polite, professional, and strong. They really love their job and it showed. They had the house cleaned out in 90 minutes in the pouring rain, never complaining. I am so happy to have called them. They’re even better than their commercials and I wish I had junk in my house so that I could use them again!

Troy and Devon are so nice to come to my house to remove my microwave that quit working

Thank you for Brandon and Erik friendly and kindness attitude.. and positive energy as well…. If I ever have any small junk left, I would consider Brandon and Erik as drivers to help out..

Thank you

Jessica and Wade did a great job. Friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend using them for your removal needs.

If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. John &David came out to do the impossible. I had a large refrigerator that was somehow installed in a kitchen that seemed to be built around the refrigerator. I needed it removed in order to have a new refrigerator delivered. John & David arrived and made quick work of the removal. They disassembled the refrigerator in order to haul it away and couldn’t have been more professional. They worked together as a team and troubleshot every obstacle in their path. I’m still extremely impressed with their work ethic, speed at which they worked, and overall can-do attitude. They never gave up, never complained, and completed the task quickly and efficiently. If I ever need anything else hauled away or talk to anyone that needs a service like this, I will immediately recommend them. If I owned a company like this, I could only hope to have employees as valuable as these two. They are a credit to their company. I hope they both have a long future there. Thanks again!

Connor & Darius with 1-800 Got-Junk did a great job, cleared a whole room full of old items that I no longer needed. I was very, very impressed with their excellent service, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!!!

They were very professional with a great customer service experience

They arrived 2 hours late! Since our new furniture had arrived, we hauled old furniture outside on lawn. They would have had to carry loveseat and couch less than 20 feet. They quoted $480!! We said no, so they phoned their manager and then quoted $340. We again said no and did it ourselves. Way too expensive!!!

Its a great company and they truly serve the customer well. Its has been a pleasure doing business with them.

I had a great experience with Brayden and Miguel. They were great at explaining their process and priceing. They made sure they took what I had showed them. They had me recheck everything before they left. They also explained what other services the company had to offer. I was so glad they could remove a couple of items that were inside my home. These two young men are outstanding.
