Oscar my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, get super excited when his WufWuf Box comes! For the most part the contents of what’s in the box is great Oscar loves food so doesn’t really matter what treats are in there he’ll eat them, but sometimes with the toys it can be hit and miss.

I do think WufWuf could be a little more creative with the choice of themes they choose to do, as nearly every month has some event or occasion.

We absolutely love our wufwuf boxes! I’m honestly not sure who gets more excited when it turns up, me or the dog. The toys don’t tend to last very long with two German shepherds tugging them but for us it’s perfect because they get replaced with new toys every month and it means we don’t horde hundreds of dog toys! I’ve recommended to everyone I know who owns a dog and they love it too!

The treats are yummy & not ultra processed (he gets an upset tummy with so many brands but these are perfect)!
The toys are super sweet and can (so far) withstand him & his cousin playing tug of war!
The variety is fantastic.

Amazing! I had a few enquiries about the extra free box as it was not added to my order - I then added another box (power chewed) I messaged wuff and they have kindly sent me not one box by two. Great customer service. I said that my dogs like to destroy toys and they have left a note to suggest strong toys which is amazing! Very highly recommended

Absolutely love our Wufwuf boxes! My dog really enjoys all the treats and the toys are unique which is great. We love the themes as it's just as fun for the owner as well as the dog!

The box was lovely - a real variety of things, plus customer service were really helpful. Look forward to next month's delivery.

got the first box for a half price with the promotion but decided not to keep the subscription as the quality of toys did not meet our expectation (a toy was ripped in a week by a 4kg poodle) however my payment was taken for the second box without being told from anyone, unlike other subscription services? queried with the customer services and they said it is monthly recurring every 7th regardless of the date you join when the subscription confirmation clearly states that my next invoice will be 23/02, and said that might be a glitch or typo 😂 ridiculous!

I've been subscribed for 3 months now and I'm loving the WufWufbox. Living in Belgium, I have been struggling to find a high-quality box delivering in my country until WufWuf informed me they now had an office in the EU! I love the box themes, all the toys have a great hit for my dog and the best is that I discovered a treat brand that my dog is CRAZY about. They've been of great help for my recall training as he'd do anything to have some. Last but not least, I recycle the box as a cat bed, and the whole family is delighted. Thanks Wufwuf!

I visited the shop this weekend and I must say I was so positively surprised. They have an amazing selection of things and my cavalier puppy just loved it there. I got several things and my puppy also got a treat for free which was so nice of them! 100% recommend this place

Love the ideas and theme choices. December box was good, snuffle mat is great for dogs who are into that sort of thing but it's at the bottom of the toy box for us. Both my dogs have a chicken allergy and all the treats received have been tailored which is brilliant. Was super excited for this months theme but my dog held the main "mad hatter" toy in his mouth and it burst open - didn't even pop at the seam just straight through the middle, stuffing everywhere. Don't know who was more upset my wallet or the dog.
The toy quality just lets the box down, I would rather pick out a single high quality toy each for them that will last months rather than subscribe £18 a month for some toys that don't.

I am hoping the January box is back to its normal standard, as the Christmas box was a great disappointment. The snufflemat ended up being used as additional bedding and the squeaky toy was very poor quality and quickly shredded.
I have seen from other reviews that I am not the only person disappointed with the December box.
Fingers crossed for January.

Was very disappointed with the Christmas box compared to previous boxes. I appreciate my puppy is not going to love everything in every box but with it being Christmas I thought it would be better than it was. However after contacting wufwuf through the online chat they went out of their way to assist me. I now have a very happy puppy. Their Customer Service is excellent.

We've had 3 boxes for our now 11 month old Lab and been really pleased with the content of all of them. I've been impressed with the quality of everything we've had so far, but our Reggie isn't much of a chewer when it comes to plush toys. If you have a dog that likes to rip stuff to shreds then I can't see some of the items lasting that long but isn't that the point of a dog toy? Something they're allowed to shred so they leave your favourite shoes alone ;-). One of Reggie's favourite items has been the flashing UFO ball from our October box, we were really disappointed when it stopped working after just 6 weeks but we contacted WufWuf and they sent us a replacement along with an extra packet treats as well, great customer service! He loves the treats too and so far each box has been a different flavour so good variety. The Christmas snuffle mat in our latest box was a bit hit and he looks adorable in his Christmas bandana. So far I'm really impressed, would definitely recommend!

I’ve had these for quite a few months now for my dogs, we get 2 wuff wuff boxes and 2 power chewer boxes. I also order additional boxes occasionally as gifts. They can be a little hit and miss but overall are ok and the dogs always get excited.
However the most recent power chewer was just a box of left over Halloween treats, no toys, that we had already received in the Halloween box in October (except in October we also got a toy and bandana!). It was not worth the money and I requested a refund.
I have also noticed that the bags of treats have become very ‘samey’ the same treats every month with no excitement or variety. In our last box all the bags of treats were exactly the same which was disappointing and boring. I get that maybe there are supply issues but the price is still the same and it’s starting to get not worth it.

Bit disappointed in Christmas box. My 2.5yr old sprocker not bothered at all about interactive Xmas tree. Loved the previous boxes.

Another great themed box. My cockapoo Cassie loves it when the postie brings her box and she can't wait to see what's inside.

They have interesting toys which keep her occupied
And yummy treats which she loves
Have been very happy with everything so far from wuf wuf
The toys and treats are good quality
And i think the boxes are great value for money
Fast dispatch, and good communication
Will definitely continue receiving the boxes each month
