I ordered from them and good god their customer service is the worst. I kept emailing them over and over again. One of them even stopped replying to my emails so I had to make a whole new conversation. They take ages to respond and they don’t give you enough informations. They ended up giving me a tracking number (thank lord) but it was a whole different website that wasn’t even mentioned.

Update: I’m so unsatisfied with this company everyone please read the reviews because they’re true. The shipping is terrible, do not pay for express in the first place don’t even order from this website in the first place. Dealing with customer service is one of the worst things I’ve ever experienced genuinely terrible and the people behind the screen can’t communicate or show empathy, it’s all very “this person is annoying how is this any of my fault god they’re tedious I don’t want to deal with them anymore” type vibe.

I find out they had the wrong code and didn’t bother to tell me AFTER I kept pestering them about shopping delays. Jesus Christ this company is the absolute worse. Now I have a dress that’s DEFINITELY NOT COMING IN TIME EVEN THOUGH I PAID EXPRESS FOR THAT REASON and I don’t even feel inclined to return it because I’ll be only getting $30 back because of shipping fees being over $65 for FedEx.

Please if you bought from here and unsure if you’ll get it in time, bite the bullet and immediately ask for a refund. Don’t even bother waiting.

Great communication! My order was placed and arrived sooner than expected. The quality superseded my expectations! It’s a beautiful dress. I ordered four dresses for my daughter’s sweet 16 bday and all four dresses are beautiful! I would certainly recommend!

Cannot believe what was sent! Looked used and smelled like cigarettes. A lace dress shedding everywhere, and both dresses look nothing like the photos. When I filed with Chase Bank, they made sure to show my bank proof that a package was shipped to my house, but I am now resubmitting the case as false advertisement. Also- all returns are at the customers expense, and had to ship it back to China. Shipped them back on July 28, and still no update. I HIGHLY do not recommend ordering from this company. Their operations is a mess and unable to handle international shipments, time frames they quote on their website, and resolving any issue in a timely fashion. This site should be banned.

I wish I would have checked this before I purchased this dress from this place! I have the same complaint as most of the other purchasers! Ugh! I paid the extra shipping and the dress still was shipped 9 days after my purchase and the dress is late arriving for my daughter’s formal. Now I have to go and find her another dress.

This is a shady company. Don't buy anything from them. They say they offer returns but the costomer is responsible for the shipping cost back to china!!! which is no less than $200, and most of their products aren't worth that. Therefore the customer is stuck with the merchandise. Their customer service is terrible and ghosted me when I challenged them in an email.

I ordered a dress from them and paid for 3xpedited shipping. They waited a week and a half before shipping the dress. It arrived late as it would. So i had yo get my daighter a fifferent dress gor her dance. I informed WSDear about this issue and was advised to ship it back and the would refund the amount of the dress and the expedited shipping charge. Sent my info from the post office, tracking number and all. And syill have not received my refund
I'll mever do business with them again and will encourage everyone i can to avoid doing businrss with them too.

Communication was amazing, I received a response back every time. The dress was just want we wanted supper happy with the ordering process the price avd the communication

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had purchasing some thing online. I ordered a homecoming dress for my daughter back in September. Homecoming was in October, when did the dress show up two days ago what month is it December! I paid for Xpress shipping, extra $35. Not sure what was so Xpress about that, I cannot even imagine how long it would take if I ordered it regular shipping. On top of that the dress was not even delivered to my home, it was delivered three cities away to a shipping facility. When I contacted seller I was told I needed to go pick it up. I am non-mobile and I have to call for transport anytime I would like to go anywhere. Transport usually costs around $165 a trip. I asked for a refund back on October 6. It wasn’t until November when I threatened to go to PayPal that they said they would get one sent back to me. I still have not received a refund. This is the worst experience I think I have ever had and I will not be purchasing again. I will make sure to stray all my friends and family from here as well. If you plan to order order three months ahead of time and cross your fingers that you’ll get it.

Just got my dress right now and it’s so disgusting 🤢 what I thought was a shinny sequence is something inferior as fu.ck falling off the whole sitting room really messed with glitters.
This dress was supposed to be for my wedding party, I won’t even give it out to anyone, because it’s a total mess, talk more of wearing it out.
I won’t buy again, never and won’t recommend to anyone.

Will add 5 stars after I receive my dress. I ordered it 6 days ago and it still isn't done processing. I hope I get it before the end of the month. I'm so nervous it won't be here in time. From reading reviews it makes me a little nervous but it's only 6 days. I'll give it some time. I'm praying.

Actually, I ordered a bridesmaid dress at the beiginning of Feb. It will be used for my bff' wedding on March. To be surprised , I got it yesterday, it'amzing! And it is true to size, so do my other two friends. I'd like to buy more in future.

If you want your items in a timely manner, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I needed clothes for an event on January 29th. I placed my order on January 15, 2022. I paid for expedited shipping (3-5 business days) so it would be here a bit earlier. It is February 2nd and I STILL haven’t received my order. The tracking number was never updated. I never received any updates on my order until I reached out. From the looks of it, they didn’t bother to email me about any updates. A courtesy email about the order being shipped late would’ve been fine. But yeah, unless you want to wait 2+ weeks on an order that you paid expedited shipping on, do not order from WSDEAR!

Great quality and price for dresses…very very happy … but like anything order with time and specify date needed on order not date of event and you’ll be in great shape with them

It took me some days to get the bridesmaid dress, but it is of good quality. I ordered 3pcs intotal, they are true to size. We looks so beautiful in these dresses. And the price is acceptable. It's a good buy for us.

I was worried after scaning those bad reviews. But I really love the dress, so I bought one in try. It's amazing! It fits great, and the fabric is good, really worth my money. I am a beautiful bridesmaid.

Scam website! Order was supposedly shipped a few days after ordering but it never arrived…. Company will not refund $$

Ordered homecoming dress for my daughter. She love it so much. Thank you for the excellent service. The dress is well made. Before i made the order i contacted them about the size. The customer service suggested me a larger size. It works well. We all feel happy on this purchase.
