Wristcheck Anmeldelser

Great customer service and updates. Would definitely recommend. Thais was amazing with updating me and answering all my questions.

Unbelievably good service.

I really wasn't sure what to expect when I reached out to Wristcheck and wasn't sure whether I could believe in their service. I am pleased to say that all of my expectations have been exceeded, and more. Sarella has been fantastic and found me exactly what I wanted at a great price. The watch was packaged beautifully and arrived across the other side of the world very quickly.

I'm already using their service again!

Got a Celebration Rolex from them and glad my decision!🙏👍

Great selection of watches at competitive prices and excellent sales and service

Buying my special edition Panerai from Wristcheck was the best buying experience I’ve EVER had purchasing a luxury watch. EVER. My client advisor Sarella was informative, helpful and most of all, comforting, which is important when spending this kind of money online. If you are ever in the market for a timepiece, you’ll be doing yourself a HUGE favor shopping with Wristcheck.

Quick and efficient purchase. Sourced quickly and reasonable pricing. Crystal was attentive and on-top of things providing updates and walkthroughs on the platform.

My experience with wristcheck was fantastic! Peter really helped authenticate the watch and provide a service I have never seen before. I highly recommend go through them.

I recently purchased my Aqua Terra from Wristcheck. Sarella, who has been helping me, is super professional and kind. She responded to messages very quickly and was able to answer all of my questions. Henry, who was the one helping me when I picked up my watch, was also very nice. Based on my experience this time, I will definitely come back again when I purchase my next watch.

I recently purchased a Tudor Black Bay 54 from Wristcheck and had a truly outstanding experience. The watch arrived in pristine condition, surpassing my expectations. Wristcheck clearly prioritizes the quality of their products.

Customer service was exceptional, especially SARELLA who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went the extra mile to ensure my complete satisfaction.

To top it off, Wristcheck offered me a fantastic price on the watch. I wholeheartedly recommend Wristcheck to anyone seeking a luxury timepiece. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and competitive pricing is unmatched.

Wristcheck quickly sourced my desired watch with competitive pricing and great service. I really appreciate the responsiveness of Sarella, who was handling my order and would quickly answer any of my questions. She also did a great job proactively following up with some of my outstanding queries post the sale. Overall, a great experience.

Being a 1st time Rolex buyer, ideally I would have loved to do this in store, but we all know how demands and wait times can hamper the experience. I was put onto WristCheck through a friend of mine, and my message was responded to within 48hrs. I am based in Sydney and purchased the watch in HK, to capitalise on the FX rate and buy at a lower price. The store found my watch on consignment and delivered to me with flexible payment options. Note 3% fee for CC payments. Overall, would recommend to anyone looking.

Extremely professional. My transaction was flawless, and whoever I dealt with showed a lot of patience and understanding. Watch was as described. Price was very reasonable. Thank you!

Quick reply and immediate update. Very kind and careful for the parcel and watch packaging, no need to worry and damage made during delivery.

I spoke with Thaïs at Wristcheck and she was so delightful! She is clearly in the business of making her customers feel comfortable and confident about their watch purchase journey:)

In the world of luxury, it’s rare to find someone who makes you feel appreciated and cared for before they know anything about your financial/social status.

All I can say is that I’m still smiling from my correspondence with Thaïs. She made me feel as though I’m worth her time or energy way before we even spoke about me purchasing a watch.

I believe it’s the little things we do that show we truly care about others. Anyone can make a grand gesture, but going the extra mile and tending to small, seemingly insignificant tasks day in and day out is the mark of a truly kind hearted person.

So Thanks for everything!
You really made my day!

Platform is easy to use and very easy to navigate and understand. Plus with the backing behind the authentic of your purchase makes the transaction so smoothly and relieving. Something’s money can’t buy like time but with the experience wristcheck adds your able to bottle (time) and the experience is priceless from the comfort of your corporate office, home, or leisure it’s a feel you won’t ever forget!

Wrist check originally didn't have the watch I wanted, however they sources one via their network of watch dealers and at the price I wanted. Very happy with the experience

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Emi’s exceptional customer service. Her professionalism, understanding, and genuine concern towards clients have not gone unnoticed.

Her effort has greatly contributed to my satisfaction and I truly appreciate it. I look forward to the continued interactions and once again with Wristcheck.

I met Emi who helped me with a watch I am interested in. She is professional, knowledgeable and personable, and she made me felt very comfortable the entire time. I'm very impressed by the whole experience. Thanks Emi and Wristcheck.

The team was very knowledgeable of their craft and provided me with utmost care and hospitality. Thaïs was able to help me a lot in getting my dream watch possible! It was a very smooth transaction and will very much recommend Wristcheck to my friends and family. I will be happy to go back and get another timepiece!

I finally got the timepiece I want and was able to get it on my wrist during my birthday. Thaïs Dubois was very accommodating and was able to source the watch for me during my short stay in Hongkong after some back and forth messages. She was very professional and diligent. I will definitely buy my next grail watch from her store hopefully soon 🤞🏻
