Wristcheck Anmeldelser

Thaïs has been incredible in facilitating the whole process of purchasing my first timepiece, from first connecting through WhatsApp to picking up the watch in person! Thaïs and the Wristcheck team are exceptionally professional, warm and welcoming. Thaïs took the time to explain the watch and even showed us the rooftop! Would definitely hope to be back for my next piece!

An extremely easy & pleasurable experience. Summer has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The epitome of professionalism & hospitality! A true credit to the company. Many thanks. I will be back

I had an stellar buying experience from Wristcheck. From first contact with Esther Yeo who was friendly, helpful, effective and willing to go the extra mile at every step, to the exceptionally detailed and transparent condition report they sent over complete with timegrapher data (perfect for my tendency to geekery), to head watchmaker Peter Glomb taking time out from his day to meet me on collection day to explain what was done with my requests, they clearly set the gold standard in my buying experience over the course of my entire watch collecting life. A standard so high that I can’t help but wonder if other dealers will ever be able to match up. I absolutely could not recommend them more!

Professional and attentive service by Thais and her colleague Peter. Thais was responsive and made the process straightforward and efficient. I’ll use wristcheck again and will recommend to my friends.

Excellent service and quality product! Buy with ease and peace of mind.

I truly enjoy the whole experience at Wristcheck with Thaïs, Peter and the team. Highly recommend! You’re in good hands with a professional team like them. I like the interactions with Thaïs. Peter even did a deep clean for the watch. Thank you!

I was assisted by Thais. She was extremely helpful overall and I had a very positive experience.

I had a pleasant experience to deal with them. Communication was smooth and straightforward with Thais through WhatsApp.
Henry and the watchmaker walked me through the watch and helped adjust the link for me.
I am overall very happy with the deal and looking forward to more purchases.

I was looking for an IWC Yacht Club Orlebar Brown Limited Edition one. I approached them just for authentication, as I had a pre-owned one in mind in HK already via a dealer I contact thru Chrono24.

They came back to me after a week or two with the same watch but reduced price. They were VERY professional and trustworthy, especially considering my countless questions. They provided me a 4 page comprehensive watch condition report and authenticated it, while guaranteeing to me that if the watch is not in the condition I was told, the deposit (30%) will be refunded to me. They also compensated me a bit more for a gap in expectation that we found on the way.

All in all, I don't think I've received such a service in my life.

As they say, they DO answer the gap in this industry of knowing your watch condition and authenticating it PRIOR to buying. This is CRITICAL!

I highly recommend them!

My watch purchase experience with Henry was exceptional. Henry was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered perfect suggestions without pressure, and made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I walked away not just with a beautiful timepiece I love, but also feeling valued as a customer.

Highly recommend Henry for anyone seeking a fantastic watch buying experience!

I really recommend buying watches through Wristcheck.
Already bought 3 watches and all were perfect.
I had a very good experience with Henry which managed to source the watches that I wanted in a perfect condition. Top quality service from Henry.

I had a fantastic experience buying my Omega from Wristcheck. Esther was incredibly helpful from start to finish, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She made the process feel smooth and personal, even arranging everything quickly before my flight back to Canada.

The watch is absolutely perfect and we love it.

Thank you Esther for the top notch service. I highly recommend Wristcheck to anyone looking for a premium and trustworthy watch buying experience.

Purchased my watch here. From beginning to end, the customer service made me feel appreciated. Sarella was very talkative and friendly, and was able to update accordingly. The shipping was pretty fast and the packaging was really cool! Lots of trust for WristCheck as the watch looks nice, so I do hope to be back soon! Thanks Sarella, and thanks WristCheck!

My experience was truly delightful. The watch is of exceptional quality, and every step of the process was handled with care. A special thanks to Henry Lee for his dedication and professionalism during the pickup. The service was exceptional from start to finish.

The concierge in Central has a wide space for you to carefully observe the details of the watch. Drinks are provided so that you can patiently wait for the technician to adjust the watch. Henry is helpful in that shopping experience. Overall, it is a good experience

Esther was extremely helpful to ensure I was delivered my watch with great care.

I am assisted by specialist Esther who has been extremely hospitable throughout the entire experience. She is knowledgable in the product and shared information such as condition report to assist with my purchase. In addition she is helpful in sourcing my other desired pieces to plan for my next purchases. I recommend the wristcheck platform if you want a transparent and convenient source of desirable pieces

Great experience, they sourced me a rare watch everything went smoothly, I appreciate the validation service.
I didn't know them and they were a pleasant surprise!!!! Recommended!!!

Great experience with a transparent process and smooth delivery. Their representative, Thaïs, helped me with every step, kept me abreast of progress, and flawlessly delivered the watch. She’s a credit to the business. If you are looking for a watch, this is the place to get it.

For someone traveling to Hong Kong to buy a watch look no further Wristcheck is the most transparent and professional grey market dealers out there. I can say this after doing research online and talking to various grey market dealers in Dubai/UK/USA. I finally decided to go ahead with wristcheck and the shopping experience was phenomenal. Special mention for Sarella and Peter Glomb.
