Wrenmere International Online School & College is a premium British online school providing an exceptional, personalised education for students aged 5 to 18 around the world. Based in Oxford, UK, Wrenmere offers a flexible and academically ambitious alternative to traditional schooling, combining the standards and structure of a British independent school with the freedom and accessibility of high-quality online education. Our online school provides a complete educational pathway from Primary School through Secondary School and Sixth Form, supporting students throughout Key Stages 1–5. We offer a broad British curriculum alongside internationally recognised Cambridge International and Pearson Edexcel qualifications, including International GCSEs, IGCSEs, International AS Levels and International A Levels. At Wrenmere, we believe that exceptional education should be personal. Every student has their own strengths, interests, aspirations and preferred way of learning, which is why our approach is designed around the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Students benefit from live online lessons, intentionally small classes, personalised academic guidance, dedicated one-to-one mentoring and private tuition, alongside ongoing pastoral care and regular progress reviews. Our Primary School provides a nurturing and academically engaging online education for children aged 5–11, helping pupils build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, science, humanities, languages, creative subjects and personal development. Through engaging live lessons and personalised support, students develop confidence, curiosity and a genuine love of learning. Our Secondary School supports students aged 11–16 through Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Students benefit from expert teaching, small online classes, recorded lessons and individual academic guidance while studying a broad range of subjects and preparing for their International GCSE and IGCSE examinations. Our curriculum includes pathways through both Cambridge International and Pearson Edexcel, allowing students to follow qualifications suited to their future ambitions. For students aged 16–18, Wrenmere Sixth Form and College offers a personalised pathway through International AS and A Level study. Students can choose from a wide range of academic subjects across the Cambridge International and Pearson Edexcel examination boards, with programmes designed around individual strengths, university ambitions and future career plans. As a UCAS Registered Centre, Wrenmere also provides personalised university preparation and guidance, including support with university applications, personal statements, subject choices and future pathways. Students may also undertake an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) to develop advanced research, critical thinking and independent study skills. Wrenmere is committed to providing a premium online education experience without compromising academic standards or personal support. Our dedicated academic mentors work closely with students throughout their education, providing weekly one-to-one mentoring designed to encourage accountability, confidence, independence and meaningful academic progress. Students can also receive weekly private tuition tailored to their individual strengths, challenges and long-term goals. Our bespoke online learning environment brings together live teaching, lesson recordings, learning resources, homework, personalised feedback and course materials within a secure digital environment. This allows students to benefit from the structure of a private school while enjoying the flexibility of learning from home or anywhere in the world. As an international online school, Wrenmere welcomes families from across the globe. Our online classrooms connect students from different countries and time zones, creating an international school community while maintaining the academic standards, pastoral care and personalised relationships associated with an outstanding British education. Wrenmere International Online School & College is Department for Education (DfE) accredited and is a Pearson Approved Online Centre, providing families with confidence in the quality, structure and academic standards of their child's education. Our students can access recognised British and international qualifications while receiving personalised guidance throughout their educational journey. Beyond academic achievement, Wrenmere places significant importance on pastoral care, personal development, confidence and wellbeing. We want our students not only to achieve excellent academic outcomes, but also to become confident, independent, intellectually curious and compassionate young people who are prepared for university, careers and life beyond school. We also believe that parents should feel genuinely involved and informed. Our approach is built around a strong partnership between school and home, with regular communication, progress updates and personalised feedback helping families understand and support their child's development. For families considering an online school, moving from a traditional school, relocating internationally, homeschooling, or seeking a more personalised educational pathway, Wrenmere offers a distinctive alternative. Our admissions process begins with a personal consultation, allowing our team to understand each student's educational background, aspirations and individual requirements. Families can then experience Wrenmere through a complimentary seven-day trial before making their final decision. Whether your child is beginning their primary education, preparing for International GCSEs, studying Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel International A Levels, preparing for university, or looking for a more flexible and personalised approach to education, Wrenmere International Online School & College provides a premium British online education designed around the individual.
