Hello Gef,
Thank you for sharing your experience and congratulations on your free spin win.
We completely understand your frustration. It can feel disappointing to see a win and not be able to withdraw it immediately. Please allow us to explain why this requirement exists.
The condition to make a real money deposit before withdrawing winnings from a free spin or no deposit bonus is a standard security and anti fraud measure across the industry. It helps us verify your account, confirm your identity and prevent bonus abuse. This is also outlined in our bonus terms, which we always encourage players to read before playing.
We are sorry the wording or presentation of these terms felt tedious. Your feedback is noted and we will pass it along to our team to see how we can make such terms clearer and less frustrating in the future.
If you have any questions about the specific deposit requirement linked to your bonus or need help making sure you meet the conditions correctly, please reach out to our support team directly. We will be happy to guide you step by step.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to provide you with a smoother experience moving forward.
Best regards,
