Rubbish company
Rubbish company! I enquired about a job to Vinyl wrap our Acrylic Kitchen Splashback. Wrapps has recently moved to Australia in an attempt to expand operations. The website states that they service every major city in Australia which is an absolute lie! They only have one office located in Melbourne, Victoria. And when questioned about this on the phone, I was dismissed. The man also stated that they would not take on a small job like mine, but if they were to it would be in excess of $700!! Don’t even waste your time on this company, absolute joke!

Poor customer service and attitude.
Poor customer service and attitude from the company. Called to make an enquiry but they are not very informative and clear, the gentleman on the phone hung up because he did not have the answers to my query and when I called back his reason was he does not have time to talk as he has lots of email and calls to be attending, I was a potential customer he has now lost. Would definitely not recommend this company, they also threatened to have the feedback removed when i expressed that I will leave feedback of my experience.

Ethan is a young and professional guy. Arrived on time and very polite. His workmanship is absolutely incredible. I’m very happy. He is very through and reinsured, I was happy with everything. My kitchen looks transformed. I definitely recommend Wrapp company.
Poor communication and service
As with the other review.. We decided our kitchen was too new to be replaced and we were advised about wrapping. We too chose this company as it looked professional and offered 'outstanding service'.
We booked a month in advance to suit our working patterns for when i was on annual leave and paid a deposit for the vinyl. We were told the fitters would be with us at 9am. We were asked to strip and deep clean the kitchen in readiness. We did so the night before.
On the morning of fitting I waited in for the fitters at 9.40 no one had arrived and I had recieved no call. My number was added to my enquiry and I have previously spoken with Edward the manager.
I decided to find the confirmation email for the number and found an email from 6.48 informing me the fitter was sick. I called Edward and was told I needed to rearrange. I took dates an explained that myself and my husband both work shifts with public services which requires significant advance booking and changes would be difficult to request. I explained I would need to discuss them with my husband and call back.
After a week of attempts to change shifts and or get cover we were unable to accommodate the dates and so politely requested that as they had failed to provide the service and a date suited to all involved we would require the deposit back.
I had suggested that we would return to them at a later date when we could consider the new shifts and annual leave entitlement. I had to email on another occasion to get a reply to which I was told it was our refusal and therefore our cancellation!! We had not refused merely suggested that we come back at a later date when we received our new schedule.
I am appalled that given the late cancellation and the nature of our occupations this was an issue.
I was offered half of the deposit as a gesture of 'good will'.
Not at all the service we had hoped for. I would not return or be inclined to recommend this company it seems as with the other review our job was minor and did not warrant the service advertised. I agree that if the residential jobs do not provide generous enough income then take it off the site.
Poor communication
I love the concept of updating your kitchen rather than ripping it out, but my word is it difficult to get information from this company -
If you use the chat on the website it sits unread all day, I tried emailing my question and got no reply
I just want to know the width of one of their products - obviously the easiest thing to do would be to put the dimensions on the website if they don't have time to respond to queries but it's not there.
Additionally they sent me an email about a sale, which would have been perfect because the install cost (whilst pretty reasonable) was just a little out of my budget, but the email link didn't work
A real shame. Feels like if the company doesn't have an interest in doing these small domestic jobs they should simply take the option off the website and save people the trouble of contacting them.
