Thank you so much for your kind words regarding PostX and the support you received. While we strive for our tools to be the "ultimate solution" for every user, we completely respect that each project has unique, long-term requirements that may require a different approach.

We truly appreciated the opportunity to work with you and explore every possibility to make the plugin fit your workflow. Since it’s clear that a different direction is best for your needs, I can confirm that we have fully documented the situation and your refund is being processed as requested.

We wish you the very best of success with your project, and should your requirements change in the future, we would be more than happy to welcome you back.

Regarding your suggestion to integrate the specific fix into the core plugin: that is an excellent point. Our development team is already reviewing the solution Shahriar implemented for you to determine how we can incorporate it into a future update. We want to ensure that all WholesaleX users benefit from this improvement.

Thank you for your patience and for helping us make our plugin better for everyone.
