We bought Amelia Booking Plugin for WordPress, which works and looks great. After having some issues with properly setting up everything their support team took no time to assist us in resolving everything.

These guys are awesome, and a great example to all IT development companies.

What makes a good reservation tool?
Highly functional? Good UI? low cost?
When considering how to actually use a reservation tool at a store, there is something even more important. That's troubleshooting.
If the reservation system stops working, it will be a huge loss and damage customer trust.
This is a huge risk for companies that cannot be resolved with money or time.
When you think about it, Amelia's support system is truly amazing.
The problem this time was a serious one where accounting data was not displayed due to a version update, but the update was provided in just a few hours after it was escalated to rank 2.
Of course, when we update a version, we first check its operation in a staging environment before updating it to the production environment, so there was no real harm this time either.
Communication with the developer was also very responsive and stress-free. I plan to continue using the service as long as this sense of speed is maintained.

No matter how good the features are at a low price, you should not use software from a company that does not have a support system in place in case of trouble.
This is my experience from 20 years of consulting.
Amelia's support is commendable.

We have been using Amelia for many years now and recently, we ran into an issue with the solution not sending emails anymore... In no time, the support was responsive, escalated the issue to level 2 and solved it in less than a week. It took a week as we had to set up a staging site to avoid touching the live site. We were very happy with the support, and overall with Amelia which works perfectly with bilingual websites. We highly recommend it for your next booking system on WordPress.

The price, functionality and ease of use.

Amelia plugin really helped me out with my yoga homepage - now I have a professional booking system that fits my need very well.
Another big plus is the feeling of safety, knowing that the support team is just a message away. Every problem I've had, they found a solution to.

Honestly, really pleased with the Amelia Plugin. The small Pilates Studio I work for were forced to change their old online booking system when the software company went into administration. I had to do some swift research and find an alternative that didn't blow the small budget. Amelia fitted the bill perfectly. The UI was very different to the previous booking package, but after viewing a few tutorials I flew through the set up. And a big plus was our customers found the front end much easier to navigate.
We continued to use the plugin problem free for a year, but encountered a glitch when upgrading to the pro version in order to access a new direct refund function. In fairness to the Amelia team the problem was at my end, but their support team were very patient and went above and beyond to help me get some new events online urgently, when the Amelia Admin Screens displayed as blank on all my devices!!

Amelia Booking System - I've found this to be easy to use and install. It works really smoothly. I'm not a tech expert, so I particularly appreciate the swift support system. I have had a number of questions that I've posted and the team always get back to me really quickly.

I love Amelia, and I love the IT support team! They always respond quickly and help me solve me problem with ease. I highly recommend this product!

Auch die Einrichtung war bisher einfach, denn der Youtube-Channel von Amelia und auch der schnelle freundliche Support sind sehr hilfreich. Es macht Spass mit dem Amelia Buchungs-Plugin zu experimentieren und ich freue mich darauf, dieses Plugin bei den unterschiedlichsten Projekten einzusetzen.

Amelia is very easy to use and setup, the design in the catalogue for the events is clear and precise- and is perfect for what my client needed and needs.
My overall experience has been that the application is very easy to use, I have only needed to contact support once and Uros helped instantly and got my query sorted this was just a query regarding upgrading to the pro version as I had the basic version.

Exceptional customer service and a wonderful product.

This plugin works pretty well, and when I did encounter issues the support was great.

Amelia ticks all the boxes! It is highly customisable which is perfect for a small business using this plugin for bookings. As the website designer I found implementing pretty straightforward, and when I reached out to support for assistance with some customisation queries they were very helpful and responsive.

It was easy to setup, reasonably priced and the customer support is AWESOME! We had an issue (user error!) but their tech support team (Marko in particular) was VERY helpful and patiently helped solve our issue.

Tool is very, very good and I am very happy with how it works, the functionality, the performance of it and also the support team. They are so helpful when needed.

Amelia is a simple to use online booking solution capable of lending itself to a variety of business sectors.

I've now used it on two entirely different businesses with good success.

Great plugin, I have tested some of similar but Amelia seems to be the best for my site, I have many customers through the site and everybody is satisfied with this appointment system. Sometimes few bugs but quickly corrected through regular updates. Globally very good notation.
