Customer Support is Non-Existent.
I have been attempting to reach out to support for over a month with several chat messages and emails to support with NO response.

J'ai plusieurs problèmes avec cet outils, certains backups ne marchent pas du tout et certaines fonctions également (update plugins). J'ai contacté le support il y a deux semaines et je l'ai relancé plusieurs fois sans réponses jusque là.

The platform became slow and buggy after their launch on Appsumo. Slow development and support. I have refunded after a week of using it. Will stick with WP Umbrella for now.

Been using Main WP for years and years and it was my go to for remotely managing websites. Not much competition in this field and i discovered WP-Stack. Pretty nice UI and the features roadmap is promising. I especially like the malware scan and backup features and for anybody needing to scale up on their websites management.

I am searching for another solution to manage my websites after using MainWP for years.
Wp Stack looks very nice, designwise and with all extensions! All the info retrieved from the connected websites; amazing to have that visual in one place!
Hopefully they will add client reporting as well as their base wich would make it a complete solution.

One admin panel to manage much of what you need in WordPress administration.
I'm not complaining if you can also monitor dmarc analyze of emails.

Pretty optimistic about the development of this plugin and the fixes and other features the founder will add in the future. I have not seen this set of features the tool offers in one WordPress plugin, so if the found can manage to polish it, it will be a highly useful tool for web administradors and clients
