"I had an amazing experience with Wowtickets.com! I made a genuine human error while booking my flight and accidentally selected the wrong month. My ticket was completely non-refundable, so I was really stressed about losing my hard-earned money.
However, when I contacted their customer support and explained the situation, they were incredibly understanding and empathetic. They went out of their way to help me and processed a refund for my non-refundable ticket, waving off the heavy airline cancellation penalty and only deducting a very minimal processing fee.
Their response was fast, professional, and truly customer-centric. It is rare to see a company value its customers so much. Because of this wonderful experience, I will definitely book all my future flights exclusively with Wowtickets. Highly recommended to everyone!"

Ticket was not issued properly
I bought a ticket and was waiting for the confirmation. My card was charged immediately.
About 40 minutes later, they sent me an email asking for a photo of my physical card and a selfie. Do they really think someone would use a stolen card to buy tickets under their own name?
I didn’t even see that email at the time, so the ticket was never issued. The refund was processed later, but by then it was too late. I thought I had a valid ticket, but I didn’t. When I finally noticed the message, there were no seats left on that flight, and I had to change my plans completely.
This is the first time something like this has happened to me after more than 100 flights. No one has ever asked me to send a photo of my card before.
I’m extremely disappointed with this experience and will never use WowTickets again. A business that operates like this should not exist.

Your booking was created during nighttime hours and, unfortunately, was automatically cancelled once the supplier’s time limit expired before confirmation could be completed. As a result, the ticket was not issued, and the payment was returned.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

They sold us tickets that cannot be used and then refused to refund money.
We purchased a ticket involving 2 airlines. Turns out the 2nd airline cannot be used and we ended up stranded in the airport because they had check-in much earlier than the arrival of the 1st airline to airport destination.
The check-in even online for 2nd airline opens only 1 hour before the deadline so you cannot do the check-in while you are already in air.
Not only wowtickets sold us tickets of such terrible quality, but also doubled down on their no refund policy.
Moving forward will never buy anything from wowtickets.
Be careful of buying tickets from wowtickets. They use deceptive tactics to make you pay for very poor and misrepresented service quality.

Please don’t use this platform, i book a ticket on this platform and I have tried every possible means to contact the customer care but all prove abortive, and my card has been debited, they said my payment is pending and they ask me to send full list of document which I have sent and I am not getting any response, and if the is a scam I will go every way to find the those behind this platform and bring them to book. I am requesting for a refund, I don’t want the flight ticket anymore.

Your payment for order #1053627 was flagged by our security system for additional verification, which is a standard anti-fraud procedure to protect cardholders. During this process, the amount was not charged, but temporarily held by your bank. We requested verification documents, which you later provided. However, due to strict processing time limits, the booking was automatically cancelled before the verification was completed.
As confirmed in our correspondence with you, the payment was never captured by us and has already been released back to your bank. The exact timing of when the funds appear on your account depends on your bank’s processing times.

A lot of hassle for a simple booking
After making the payment by card, I received an email from them asking me to send a long list of documents including:
A photo of your credit card (front and back). For your security, please cover all digits except the first 6.
A copy of your passport.
A short letter of authorization from the cardholder, confirming they approve the transaction.
Please note that if we do not receive these documents, your booking may unfortunately be cancelled.
And ticket still not issued even after providing documents

I would recommend, not a scam
So now I can write review. Arrived yesterday, our flight was Antalya - London. Bought tickets here because it was nearly £300 cheaper than easyjet offered. Got tickets instantly on my email. But my worry was that I could not check in via easyjet application and thought it was scam. Finally, checked in and got boarding passes without no problem via easyjet website, not my profile in app.
Recommend this company.

Tickets not issued and Refund not done
I had booked 3 tickets of a flight. The amount has left my bank account and in the mail they had stated that “Your card was not charged — the amount was only blocked and has now been released.” But I still didn’t get my money, any response from them or Confirmation on tickets as well

Sorry for the stress—here’s what happened:
• Booking error: The payment failed on our side, so the tickets were never issued.
• Instant refund: The charge was automatically reversed the same day.
• We have sent you the STAN number in the mail so you can verify it with the bank if needed.
Most banks return the money in a few hours, but it can take up to 3–5 business days to show on your balance.
If you don’t see it after 5 days try to provided your bank with the STAN

Thank you for letting us know what happened. We understand how upsetting it is to see the fare jump—especially three times in a row—and we’re sorry for the frustration it caused.
Here’s what went on behind the scenes:
• Airline-controlled pricing: Airfares are set and updated by the airlines, sometimes minute-by-minute. While you were completing booking, the airline raised the price by US $57. Our system has to display the airline’s live fare, so it refreshed each time you tried.
• No hidden fees: The entire difference you saw came from the airline, not from us. We never add surcharges after you click “Book.”
• What we do to help: When price changes are small, we often cover part or all of the increase ourselves. In this case the jump happened too quickly for us to absorb in time, and we know that’s disappointing.
What we’re improving:
1. Fare-lock option: We’re testing a feature that lets you hold the price for several hours, so sudden spikes like this don’t derail your booking.
2. Real-time alerts: You’ll soon get an instant onscreen notice explaining any price change and who caused it (airline vs. agency), so there’s no mystery.
If you decide to book again, please reach out to me directly at support@ourcompany.com with the subject “Fare Change Help”—I’ll personally monitor the reservation and, where possible, apply a goodwill discount to offset any last-minute increase.

I am truly sorry for the frustration you experienced after placing order. You were right to expect a prompt confirmation and timely answers to your emails, and we fell short.
While reviewing your booking we needed to run some additional verification checks. Unfortunately, our follow-up messages weren’t as clear or coordinated as they should have been, which led to unnecessary delays. When we couldn’t complete the verification in a reasonable time, we canceled the order and issued a full refund. You should already have the refund receipt, but if anything is still unclear please let us know right away.
We’re taking two immediate steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again:
Streamlined verification: we’re revising our fraud-check process so customers receive one clear request for information rather than several overlapping emails.
Faster support replies: we’ve added extra coverage on our support inbox and introduced a 24-hour response target for all booking-status inquiries.

I have been waiting for a month to get my money back for a flight that was rescheduled. The company has no contact with the airline and asks for a screenshot of my correspondence with them. They will not help you solve the problem and you will wait, wasting your nerves and time. Letters to their support service are useless, which gives absolutely no information. I categorically do not recommend it and you should probably contact the police.
