Great service
Great service, smooth communication.
My first ever purchase from them was a Pixel 8 pro and I'm still using it. At that time they had the best price in the market in the UAE. This year I bought the Pixel 10 Pro XL, as usual, the best deal in the UAE. I ordered the phone at 10.59AM and I received the phone at 2.33PM same day, just after two and a half hours with few WhatsApp messages, I got the phone.
Highly recommended.

Fake Product Fake promises and Very Bad Customer care
I am absolutely furious with this company and your so-called "genuine" products. I bought a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL just a few months ago, and while I initially loved the sleek design and amazing features, that admiration has quickly turned into frustration.
Now, I have a green line on the screen, and it’s not functioning as it should! When I purchased this phone, your so-called "wow team" assured me it was a legitimate product with a warranty. But when I reached out about this issue, I was met with the absurd response that there’s no warranty and that it can't be replaced. This is outrageous!
I feel completely cheated, and I’m taking this matter up with the Consumer Court for justice. Your company is clearly selling refurbished or counterfeit phones while taking hard-earned money from customers. This is unacceptable!
I expect a prompt resolution to this issue

I bought a phone from Wowffer
I bought a phone from Wowffer and my experience was very disappointing. Their website advertises a 15-day returns policy, but when I tried to return the item (unused, in original packaging) they refused the refund and gave me confusing, conflicting reasons. The policy language is unclear and internally inconsistent clauses about “defective/incorrect” items and strict short reporting windows are buried and feel like bait to avoid honoring returns.
This looks and feels like a bait-and-switch: good copy on the site, poor execution in practice. Customer service was unhelpful and refused a fair resolution despite the company’s own stated policy. If you buy from them, document everything (order confirmation, photos, chats), insist on a refund in writing, and be prepared to escalate to your payment provider or local consumer protection if they don’t comply.
Buyer beware I cannot recommend Wowffer until they make their return process transparent and actually honor what they promise.
