I bought four voucher for Ballyhass water session from living social now Wowcher last August and wanted to use them the next day. After buying the vouchers and trying to redeem online I was informed it was a 10am or 4pm but on the website it had a time printed 10-4, anyone reading that would of assumed 10am till 4pm and both times were booked out. I contacted living social/Wowcher and explained my case and they just emailed me saying how to redeem the vouchers, which I already know how to do. So I lost my money and no refund. I’ve used other special offer companies like pigsback and Groupon and they had times and dates clearly visible. This was Wowcher mistake and we lost out on it.
I wouldn’t recommend with the customer aftercare.

Where is my order, I was supposed to receive it on the 18th June but still haven’t, I’ve sent three emails and no reply, shocking customer service.

Will never use again.

Never again will I use Wowcher the loops you have to go through even to just find my delivery slot, this has caused me mother but stress & feel I have just wasted nearly £800

I contacted Wowcher with regards quality of my table they pushed the issue to the company who supplied the garden set I was promised to be contacted but wasn’t so I have given up with no offer of refund or even small compensation as I was willing to try and repair myself, I am really angry and upset with the way I have been treated, I will keep putting reviews on as I would hate for someone else to go through this 🙁

An end to a few days break that ended in the Leonardo in Cork City. The room was comfortable, on the first floor close to the lift, so it was conveniently located. The alarm did go off late at night, but nothing to worry about.

Had a very good experience, good products and quick delivery. Will shop with Wowcher again

Purchased an ottoman sleigh bed at a good price. Information about delivery was good. 3 days before delivery I realised the bed wouldn’t fit in the space needed and contacted Wowcher, who told me to contact the delivery company. After two days and many emails/messages I finally got a call the night before delivery, from the delivery people, who offered a smaller bed however I had already gone elsewhere. The delivery people told me to contact Wowcher regarding refund, and Wowcher keep telling me to contact delivery people, and now a week on I’m still going in circles. I won’t be bothering to buy from Wowcher or cloud 9yn delivery.

Update two weeks since I started this and STILL Wowcher keep telling me to contact the merchant who have advised the bed was not delivered… I will never use Wowcher again

Spent nearly an hour probably AI going around in circles. Ordered goods did not arrive, but still billed me, said I did not redeem code but goods out of stock. Did not receive codes as wowcher couldn’t find my 2 emails with my order

A product purchased and never arrived, they told me the problem was the supplier's, I really do not recommend it to everyone. It's a scam

I ordered a bbq paid for it but it was out of stock so they credited me as I looked through there website I saw the item was still for sale so I ordered again using may credit plus a small fee they then told me it was out of stock again so they refunded me my small fee but kept the bulk of the money on credit I have been telling them over and over month now saying I want my money back Into my bank account but they are refusing to do so this is a disgusting company I will never buy of them again.

They will say I can only have credit this is not what I want they will keep my money unless I spend it on there goods total thieves please don’t buy from them I will be reporting them to the onbusman the reply below is completely fictional by law they are not allowed to keep my money and a full refund should be allocated 😡

1 star as can't give zero! Ordered air fryer on 10th June, with speedy delivery. Delivery due on or before 12th June. Didn't arrive so I emailed to cancel order. But wowcher keep refusing to refund me and cancel the item. Hirix international ltd is the merchant and they are ignoring all contact. So left with no item, no refund, and nobody willing to cancel it. Legally entitled to full refund as they are in breach of contract but refusing to do this. Wowcher and Hirix have been contacted over and over again for the past 6days and still refusing to refund or cancel the order

Stay away from this company. I have spent 3 months trying to buy a mattress. Endless issues and dealing with robots. The latest issue I have is I ordered garden furniture which got my confirmation and delivery date to find out yesterday from the actual seller that no order was placed. Shocking I will never deal with them again. You constantly have to repeat yourself in there ridiculous ai chat

Update2. Do you not look at the progress of your own actions. You emailed the seller last week and they responded that they never received the order. They said no order was sent from yourselves despite you telling me it was sent. Just refund my money I no longer want to deal with your company

Week 3 and I can not get a human to interact stay away absolute rip off

This company has no clue. I am now in Groundhog Day with its ai. Keeps asking the same questions over and over again!

Ordered what looked like a bench from this deceptive company. No where on their website did it mention I was buying a voucher. Figured it out a few hours later, redeemed the voucher, paid the €9.99 for delivery. Was given a delivery date of 3 days later, coming from the company Aosom.ie. Another UK based company pretending to be Irish. Friday 5th June came and went, no email from supplier, logistics company or anyone else about shipping, fishy. Monday arrives, I contact Aosom with wowcher voucher number, they have no such order. They tell me to resolve with wowcher. I contact wowcher by WhatsApp, I get an AI agent who leads me in circles. They start an email thread with Aosom, Aosom respond with same details, no order. Wowcher play for time for another 2-3 days, telling me its being resolved internally. Last message I get is last Thursday to say it will be resolved within 72 hours. I contact them today, I ask "its been 72 hours, what is happening?" The AI response is "we're sorry to hear you want a refund"....what? Who mentioned a refund? I want my bench. Their message has 2 options, 1 is wowcher voucher, 2 is refund to credit card. Refund to credit card has no details as to how I can achieve this. End of their message says this number is no longer in use, please contact this new number instead. I contact this new number, the AI agent plays Dumb and starts asking me what my name is, what the email is I used to order and that they will contact aosom to get a refund from them. Circle jerk. Joke of a company. Waste of time. You're rolling the dice using them, be warned. I've had to go to my bank directly with screenshots for a refund and hope visa stops supporting them.
