Great value for money. Friendly, helpful staff.

Absolute horrendous company...in Ireland we have 5year expiry on all vouchers...however this crowd has used a loop and now don't honour vouchers that are out of date by a week or two. No even assistance in terms of a credit note or nothing...just take your money and zilch....nothing for your money. Grab and run job really.

After a query made on WhatsApp, they came back to me very quickly with a positive answer

I bought a woucher voucher through 5pm and I'm unable to redeem it after trying different methods Tried to message but didn't work and no phone number seems available After several hours I have had no sucess

Item has not arrived. Missed divery date. WOWCHER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!Just an algorythmic bot with no useful information. Be warned IT IS IMPOSSBLE to contact WOWCHER to request or ask anything no humans involved. It would also appear that they DO NOT varify the reliability of the sellers on their platform. Unfortunately there is no way to give 0 stars.

Amazing prices for the products offered. I saved over €1,000 on a new mattress:-)

Fast and easy, can't fault it

I was drawn by the extra 15% on an already great deal but forgot the code. It was still a great deal. This booking was better as you didn’t have to book date again with hotel. The company has done this which is an upgrade.

Nice easy transaction. No confirm nail received as yet thought.

Great value and easy to book.

Ordered a holiday through Wowcher.
Travelolo rang me and offered me a so called good deal for something similar?
Then found out I could have got the same deal 300 pound cheaper else where?
Wowcher have replied on here telling me they will help me???
They will not it’s a lie!!!!
Please contact me by phone or mail?
Bet you will not????
Wowcher were absolutely useless!
Did not help one bit??
Never again…….

using this for years, great servive and great promotions!!!

I purchased a table and chairs glass all scratched and chairs full of chunky scratches I ordered a garden ottoman all pieces of plastic smashed out of it.
I ordered a garden umbrella price of plastic missing out of it.
I explained via watts app that I am disabled and my garden is my only outlet and they just don’t seem to care so it looks like today we will be going through consumers rights to get the ball rolling with this useless company.

Its great that you can get good events in one area

Very good value. Comfortable hotel. Everything straight forward.

WHAT A PATHETIC COMPANY,
I ordered a greenhouse For £165 and £29 Delivery !! I was informed by email the delivery company would deliver a few days later ,I waited in ALL day and it didn't arrive , When I complained I was told it would be here the next day ,which it was ,Delivered by a contractor who was told to get it her ASAP,I asked woucher for a refund for the delivery cost as I wasted a full day waiting in ,I have been pushed from company to company ,And finally been totally ignored, I kept being referred to WhatsApp where all I got was a automated response ,Thank you SO MUCH wowcher for a terrible experience, I will NOT use them or reccomend them to anyone

Easy to use, great value & so many amazing offer to choose from

False advertising and ripping off customers.
I ordered a banana parasol and in the advertisement, it stated it comes with a built in blue tooth speaker and lights. When it arrived it was just a banana parasol nothing special. Plus they should advise you when looking to purchase you would be paying £14.99 for delivery. It’s disgusting what making money off people. I could have picked up any banana parasol from anywhere. I was only looking to purchase this know it was advertised with the blue tooth speaker and lights.
I can not find an easy way to contact them other than that what’s app telephone number or address. STOP YOUR FAKE ADVERTISING AND RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF.
