After seeing so many negative reviews I decided to take a chance and bought 22 items and am delighted with the service. The items were despatched in the time the order stated. They arrived in good time via DPD. There was one item missing which I emailed them about and I received a reply and an apology the next day and a refund.

I will definitely use this company again and it is five stars for me.

I was looking for the best price (at the time) for a Robens Vista 400 air tent. They had it for £689, which was cheaper than on any of the high street branded companies websites. I ordered it despite never having heard of them, especially with the rather suspicious name wowcamping.co.uk. The receipt came from Perfect Supply Ltd, which seemed a bit strange, but it did mention sales@wowcamping. When no dispatch notification came through I began to worry that this was a scam (see another post I’ve made about a real scam site I fell for later with rectal passengers calling themselves beastsports.co.uk), and so sent an email. I got a phone call within an hour and he was very helpful, stating that the computer set up was in need of refining but that the tent had been dispatched and sent an email with tracking. The tent arrived the next day.
I see from the reviews that they are quite mixed between the two extremes, but it may be that the problem lies with the companies I.T., rather than any unscrupulousness. I certainly had no problem with them apart from the lack of dispatch notification - hence the four stars.

The only thing Wow about this company is how awful and contemptuous their customer service is. They just don't seem to care once they have your money and a one star review is one star too many.
As highlighted in a number of other reviews they show absolutely no interest when something goes wrong with an order.
In my case three camping mugs from a set of four I had ordered arrived cracked or flawed and I contacted them the same day. Two weeks and several emails later I have had no contact from them beyond the acknowledgement that they have received my emails.
Luckily the write off value of this purchase is insignificant - but so would be their cost to resolve it as they should.
A crystal clear case of BUYER BEWARE.

Delivered cool box quickly but arrived damaged. Tried to call and email but no response. Beware - quick to process your order but if any issues you never hear back

Not great experience! STILL waiting for my delivery. Have sent an email - no reply. Have tried to contact courier - no reply. Tried to call - permanently engaged. Unless they respond, I would avoid!

order arrived ok but the mattress self inflating one is awful impossible for one person to deflate says free returns but endless emails have got me nowhere no reply I would never use this company again

Excellent customer service. Prompt delivery of small camping table which was unfortunately damaged by the Hermes courier by throwing over the gate!! WoW camping sent a replacement immediately by a different courier service which arrived within 2 days of contacting customer services. Cannot fault this company at all.

I was a little put off by the negative comments but as I wasn't in a rush I thought I'd give it a go. The prices are good, I got my order on day 5 and the quality was spot on. I've no idea about the after sales as I have encountered no problems at all. Even Hermes performed well.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Bought some cups and plates for a new caravan, cups had to be returned and 1 plate was broken. We were promised a refund and replacement plate, this was a few weeks ago. I've sent several emails since, all ignored, still no refund and still no replacement plate.

Update: 3 weeks later and still no word from them no refund, nothing. Having to instigate a chargeback with my credit card company.

I ordered an item that was 'IN STOCK' on Tuesday morning. They guaranteed next day delivery for a hefty charge which I paid. Come Weds and I still don't hear anything. So I found a number to call, and spoke to someone who gave an excuse of IT systems and assured me he would personally ensure it arrived Thursday AM ahead of my trip. He said I would receive a dispatch note yesterday. Still not heard a peep. Order hasn't arrived for my trip later. Can't get hold of anyone today. Even if they told me yesterday there was a hold-up I could've ordered from someone else. Too late now. Feel CONNED.

I ordered lighting for an awning. Web-site said it was in stock and delivery would be 3-5 days. I assumed I would receive it within a week. No. It was not dispatched until 5 days after the order. It then took Hermes 7 days to deliver. This was a paid for delivery! WOW did not respond to an e-mail asking for information about the delivery. I would not trust WOW again.

Don't trust this company. Items where not as described, certainly "not fit for purpose". I still had to pay £10.50 to return via Hermes (who are very good). Package safety returned last Thursday and despite 4 emails over last two weeks still waiting for any sort of reply (well apart from an auto reply saying someone will be in touch within 48 hours - thats a joke!). A reply and a refund (£100) is required NOW!. No communication from them whatsoever and of course, no shop to call into as its all online. Will never shop with them again. Be very careful, customer service is none existent - oh but they do keep sending me emails with offers to buy more stuff!

After being messed about by two well known retailers I decided to try wow camping, ordered a cadac and accessories, well I can honestly say I'm delighted with the price and how fast I received my order, I did read after I made my order all the bad reviews, so was worried I might not receive my order, all that worrying for nothing I would definitely use this company again and recommend to my friends, quite a lot cheaper than other well know camping stores 😁😁😁😁

Ordered a multi pack of 6 items, when it arrived the manufacturer had printed on the box 2 free, which in my eyes it should have been advertised as 4 items with two free. When I looked at the cost of six of the single items on the WOW Camping website the price reflected I had only got one item free. When I emailed them politely asking them their view I got NO REPLY, upon a follow up email, I got again NO REPLY.
I have contacted trading standards to ask them if they will look into it for me.

Though the company promised that I would get my order in 3-5 working days, I did not get at all. They ignore all emails I send them.

company send me a faulty item and have failed to reply to any emails to resolve the issue leaving me out of pocket for an item that is worthless. they have also failed to reply to messages through their ebay page aswell. if you want good customer service please dont use this company. there is also no contact number to speak to anyone in person.
