Horrendous customer service! I have emailed them 3 times about poor quality/faulty handles of the Nicola 2.0 bag but I have not received any response. I have used the bag for just over a month and have looked after it well - wiping it and placing it in the protective dust bag when not in use and the covering on the handles has just disintegrated. I have had much cheaper bags that are better quality than this. So poor. Also, when I purchased the bag I waited at least a month for the bag to arrive so I emailed them several times to find out what had happened to my order and I had the same problem getting any response from customer services then too. Save yourself the headache and don't bother purchasing from here.

Con artists. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
Ordered a bag. Wasn’t right, emailed them 5 times to return they ignored me every time. Sent them a dm via insta, they said they would get back to me and heard nothing.
They should be shut down.

What dreadful service gone totally downhill. I bought a bag from this company a couple of years ago all fine but now trying to order a bag and it’s saying that Worth a Million doesn’t ship to my address ! I live near Manchester ! I have emailed twice and they haven’t had the courtesy of replying. So frustrating.

I returned an order because it was extremely low quality and poor fitting. I followed their exact returns procedure on their website, and even used their tracking label. I never received my refund, I have contacted them on many occasions and never even received a reply. DO NOT BUY

Ordered a white dress for my daughter's wedding. I returned it within 2 days as the quality was awful and it was also small for my daughter.I've contacted with the company in the way as it sad in the their website . They refuse to confirm my return (even I had a proof and trucking number) and sad they will contact with me during 10 days. Instead of this ,they've sent this dress back to me with the note that it was dirty which was a lie !!! I've sent it back very quickly in the same condition as my daughter even couldn't put it on. I regret that I found information that a lot of people had the same problem with this company so late ...It's a really new way to still your money! I've already contacted with my bank to dispute the card payment.

This company is awful! I returned the dresses I ordered (2) and they were sent back to me because they said they were damaged. The reason I returned them in the first place was because they were faulty. I am so cross! Avoid like the plague. Poor quality, terrible cut and a massive scam

Do not buy from this company under any circumstances. I ordered a dress tried it on very briefly as it was way too small I couldn't even get it on properly. I then returned it with the tags still on obviously and they have now sent it back to me saying it has been worn!!!!!!!!! Absolutely shocking! I will be contacting trading standards.

Terrible service. Links sent to pay customs duties all do not work. No number to call on. Multiple emails sent.

Do not buy from this company if you order two sizes of the Dita 3/4 sleeve dress for my dear uncles funeral as I have done and sent the larger size back . They say I have worn it which I did not do such a thing I just tried it on . The label is still attached as they request . I sent it back in the nice box it was delivered in and they returned it screwed up in a very small bag . I have never had anything that I have returned sent back to me . This is a first .!!!!!

Got a refund for dresses that didn’t fit. Took a while and wasn’t much communication but got refund without any trouble

Ordered a black dress that cost £96, the pictures look amazing but the material was awful and I returned the dress within the 28 days as per the websites T&C's (paid £5 postage for the pleasure). The dress was returned to me with out explanation. I hadn't even tried the dress on as I knew it wasn't for me. I have contacted the company but no response as yet. Avoid at all costs.
