Before signing anything, carefully read Clauses 2.1–2.7. They basically mean if they delay for years, you can’t cancel without losing your money. Also note: getting a permit does NOT guarantee a visa, yet they may say their job is done.

Any claim suggesting otherwise is either a misunderstanding or a misrepresentation of what was agreed.
Refund claim
The €1,000 you reference was not a refund of service fees. This amount was paid strictly to cover expenses you personally claimed, including costs you stated were incurred in relation to police and third-party procedures.
