Off to the Land of the Rising Sun

Did I really need to use this service? Absolutely. I have been meaning to write this review for a couple of weeks and have only now done it, so planning and booking a holiday would never have happened if left to me.

Toni has been fantastic from the start, helping us select what we truly wanted from our trip and planning an itinerary that achieved everything within the budget we had.
When we asked about other options around hotels and regions, Toni would provide several alternative options for us to review before we ultimately returned to the original locations she had provided because, guess what, she had selected the best facilities to meet our needs.

All of our communications were responded to without delay, and where the enquiry might take a little longer, Toni always gave an expected time frame to be able to obtain the information for us.

Once satisfied and booked, Toni then prepared a very detailed itinerary for us, which gave us a breakdown of all travel arrangements, transfers, etc., but it was also full of good advice and tips for making our time in Japan more enjoyable and clearly showed the personal knowledge and experience that Toni has of Japan herself.

I will be a returning customer, and I have recommended Toni to all my friends and family. You are her priority, and nothing is too difficult for her as she truly cares, and that shines through in her professionalism and dedication.

Just returned from an incredible weekend in Luxembourg, planned and booked with Toni. From the start, she intuitively knew what I would enjoy, found the best hotels and experiences, at the best price. Toni made a dream of staying in a real Chateau a reality, with stunning food, stunning wine, and a stunning spa cave experience. Toni is so experienced in travel, everything felt easy, and went so smoothly. For anyone thinking of booking through Toni, do it! I recently booked through Toni and have been on my holiday and i have to say she catered to my every need!
We wanted a girls holiday on a budget and she found somewhere for us in Cyprus with a lovely all inclusive hotel, a short walk from town and the beach and plenty of places to get dinner and cocktails!

A fantastic booking experience from start to finish. Toni was knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions very quickly. The booking process was very straightforward and all my (numerous!) upgrades and requests were sorted out. Toni couldn’t have been more helpful. She completed so many searches for us as we’re so indecisive, but this wasn’t any trouble for her. It’s resulted in a great holiday deal.

I can’t thank Toni enough! Not a standard package holiday requirement as my needs were around a diving break, but she listened, understood and delivered. She even located a dive school for us and arranged our courses.
