In some instances, an itinerary that appears available at the time of selection may no longer be available for confirmation by the time the booking process is completed. Our records show that when it became apparent that the selected departure could not be confirmed, our team attempted to discuss the available options with you. That said, we acknowledge that the communication surrounding the booking status and refund process did not meet the standard you should reasonably expect. Following an issue with the booking, we understand that you contacted us after being advised that the reservation could not be confirmed with the airline. Once the matter was raised, our team initiated the refund process and kept the case under follow-up until the refund was completed.

The full refund for the affected reservations was processed on 4 August 2026, and when our team subsequently contacted you on 11 August, you kindly confirmed that the refund had been received.

That said, we acknowledge that the communication throughout the process could have been clearer and more timely. It is possible for a selected itinerary to become unavailable after passenger and payment details have been completed, even if the same itinerary continues to appear temporarily on the website or other platforms. This can occur due to changes in airline inventory, fare availability, or temporarily cached system information. Fares and seat availability are dynamic and can change instantly.

We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the repeated follow-ups and the different timelines provided for the refund and transaction details. We sincerely regret that the communication was not as clear and consistent as it should have been.
