David was really helpful and quick with his replies. I needed an item urgently for a studio shoot and he managed to get it delivered within 4 days. Quality is great and item is exactly as described. Very pleased, thank you!

Ordered a Drabask step ladder from this company due to great reviews and the delivery time, paid for order and got emailed with processed, no expected delivery date, after several calls I made i was told the warehouse supplier is on half day and closed Eventually 10 days after placing my order I got a email saying it's out of stock and will be dispatched after they receive on 26th June, I spoke to a manager who told me they wasn't updated from the supplier. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience this has caused my business to be told there's no margin for discount, I said the review will be poor which he understood and agreed why I'm doing this , the staff are pleasant but there's a major communication issue that needs addressing urgently, I won't recommend neither order further equipment.

What an amazing company and staff. Go above and beyond to solve any queries/questions. David helped with a dilemma I was facing, the service given was supurb, delivery service was spot on. I will recommend this company 100%

I called this morning and spoke to David. He was very helpful explained the different products to me.
We then double checked our measurements and I called back and placed my order. Very straightforward - best price from a number of companies I checked out and delivery in 2-3 days. Very happy with the service

Great service! Sent an email enquiry around Industrial Steps on Thursday afternoon and by 12:00 on Friday the order was placed and booked for delivery on the Monday (3 days later!). Good quality steps, at a good price, with great customer service.

Really helpful team of real people who answer the phone! Great products and really good price. I also paid for the two man delivery and assembly which was worth every penny. The guys went the extra mile as our office is quite small and difficult to manoeuvre in.

Great customer service. From ordering to delivery, customer service was brilliant. David was excellent, advised when delivery was and true to his word the filing cabinets were delivered the next day. Quality of the wooden cabinets was superb. A brilliant company and would have no problem in recommending them.
