Slow or nonexistent shipping
Not sure how the scam works, but order clothing three weeks before an extended trip to a worksite, and nothing ships. Is everything backordered? Had to cancel order after receiving only one shirt. I will be watching my statements to ensure I am not charged.

Still Waiting
Week 3 and get the same email saying they are replenishing supply. Not sure if they are waiting on the hides to make the boots or if they don’t have the right people keeping their stock in. But I ordered because I am a working person and I cannot wear holes in my boots and need met guard. After emails and texts I finally received a not so friendly text saying it might be two or three more weeks waiting what do you want us to do? Really why do you make it worth my while to wait that long....at least offer a discount....

It won't let me recomment on my original post. I appreciate you hopped online to show a valid effort to show you have customer service. But still unsure how this helps me? Awesome on August 22, which is today, you got your notice. Great job ! Guess what I placed my order on August 17. So I thought I was receiving an email stating my item had been shipped. Nope cancelled. So, what would be a reasonable solution for someone in this situation?
You want me to find another hoodie, you may or may not have?
Sorry, I should of read the reviews about your site before purchasing. Lesson learned.
And again sorry if I sound very blunt but this was the only birthday gift I was to receive.... So it actually meant something to me.
No need to recommend again working person. Jokes on me.

I'm sorry your experience was not all it should have been. The hoodie is still on our website because we have stock in other sizes. Those sizes are currently listed in the drop down and are the only sizes you can select. On August 22nd we received notice from Under Armour that they were discontinuing the sweatshirt and no longer had stock in the size requested. I'm showing that customer service attempted to reach you via email to inform you. However, we understand your frustration. Ordered two pairs of Wrangler ranger pants and a pair of Chippewa's. Pants arrived in about two days boots took over two weeks. This is a fairly regular occurrence as most orders seem to come in two separate parts. But I got everything and it was hassle free so I will be back.

What an ordeal
Never again will I use Working Person store . com. I ordered a pair of work shoes, received them in about two weeks, they were 1 size too small, returned them immediately, then after about 9- 12 weeks, 5-6 e-mails & lots of apologies & unfulfilled promises I finally received the replacements.
I had expected much more from this company and expressed my concerns and disappointments with them to which they seemed to case a less.

Stellar Service as Usual
I ordered a pair of boots and a winter hat for work. As always, the selection was unbeliveable. However, the hat was delivered and after 2 weeks of no boots, I emailed WPS and they got right back to me. Here the boots were on back order. I picked out my 2nd choice boots and they were here within days with the same discount applied. Awesome service! The only thing I suggest is to email or call a customer when something turns up on back order; elsewise, this is my 6th order and I will be ordering again for sure. Be safe everybody... order from WPS!
