I highly recommend Working In to those interested in immigrating to New Zealand. My husband and I have just successfully completed our Straight to Residency Visa process and feel so fortunate. We considered going it alone and applying for the visa independently, but having a Licensed Immigration Adviser proved to be immensely helpful! We worked with Monika Warszawska, and she was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, communicative, compassionate and efficient. There were many points in which she guided and advocated for us where we would have otherwise had great difficulty. The key for all parties is ongoing responsive communication, persistence and networking. It was tricky finding a job offer for a while, but Monika even helped us network and find the "hidden" opportunities.

My wife was the primary applicant for a tier 1 job. Where working in did great was getting us the straight to residency visa with no problems from immigration.

Now the reason I’m giving them 3 stars instead of 5 is because I was quite disappointed with the job situation. They advertised that part of their services involve helping you network and get into the hidden job market. I even asked a local Kiwi about the hidden job market and was told that it’s overrated and that most people still get jobs by applying to openings. We have all already moved to New Zealand and I still don’t have a job there. I was assured that my field would have no problems finding a job. When I reached out to them to let them know I’m getting nothing but rejections from jobs I’m qualified for that I apply for, all they told me was to keep trying and never connected me with any employers. I do understand that no one can guarantee a job but for a field that I’m highly experienced in, I expected to get hired after establishing residency in NZ but that never happened.

In my experience they are great because they doing their best to the client. They are hard working to review the papers of the applicant and also updated. Thank you

We started working with Working In in June of 2025. My wife and are both non-traditional teachers, which made getting registration and jobs more complex than normal. The team at Working In handled it great. They walked us through the registration process for teachers, handled all of our visa details, and even helped us get jobs. We landed in New Zealand a mere seven months after signing up with Working In, and while we were complimented for our "level of organization," I can honestly say we wouldn't have made it here that quickly without their help. If you're looking for a solid immigration advising agency to help you get to New Zealand, you can't do better than Working In New Zealand.

Received regular updates and the checklist on what was outstanding and submitted really helped on what i needed to focus on getting concluded.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Originally sold by Paul Goddard that they had recruitment agents who could help assist us with finding a job but this turned out to not be the case at all. They will point you in the direction ‘of the hidden job market’ and set you up with some videos and a FB group, all for the high price of £1200. Once Paul has hooked you in, he washes his hands of you and you then get left with other members of the team who say they don’t know anything about that but they can provide a letter to employers to tell them your ready to move ( a poorly written word doc that wouldn’t convince anyone) and can again provide you access to the videos and FB group. They used to have a recruitment manager Renee but she couldn’t actually help with anything recruitment based, only for the Health sector. They have zero contacts for the financial industry and do not have any weight in helping you find work at all and people be should be aware of that. They certainly capitalised off our hope and dreams to move - classic scam. Regardless of the comment they make under this post to convince you this isn’t the case - let me tell you from first hand experience it is. I couldn’t imagine handing over any more money for visa advice given how we were missold in the first place.

Stop looking and work with them! Fantastic team to work with. Monika was amazing at helping get our visas sorted straight away. Robyn was able to help secure a healthcare position that is just what I was looking for. Paul was very helpful with recommendations and companies to work with for many things we need from shipping our cargo and pet to cell phones, lawyers, and taxes. Highly recommend.
