I placed an order on June 16th for a pair of boots. The credit card was charged and I received a confirmation. I followed up on June over a week later and saw that there was no tracking number. I inquired and was told that the boots would ship on July 17th from the manufacturer. I logged in and a month later there was still no tracking information. I inquired again and was told this time (on July 18th) that the boots would ship on July 25th. The website says their policy on back orders is to notify you via email. I never received an email relating to a back order and if I had not inquired I would have never been told anything. So over a month and no boots....they haven't shipped or anything. Great deal! I will not order again.
Hello I ordered a pair of boots it took one whole week to get a tracking number and ship ... called and email about the progress and got a runaround... not satisfied at all I don’t care that they had to wait for there stock from timberland to get there you don’t charge me extra on shipping for faster delivery?? So it will be two weeks before it “might” get here?? Bad business!! Highly don’t ! Recommend this company just deal with manufacturers directly save time and money and no bs lies!!!
I bought a yeti cooler and 2 days after they notified me there's a fraud notice on my credit card. I immediately called my credit card company and Equifax. Both said there was no fraud on card. I mediately went back into the site to re-order and it showed backordered. I emailed to reinstate my order 2 days ago. No response.
I only gave them one star because 0 stars wasn't an option. I paid two day shipping and four days later and no boots. Now I get to wait 2-10 business days to get my money back.

Products were just as ordered: 2 pairs of boots, which together qualified for free shipping. Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering a steel-toe boot, which I didn't want (completely my fault, not theirs). Contacted them and was promptly given a return authorization number. They don't do exchanges, so instead I just returned it, got my money back on that return (for the unwanted steel-toe boot), and ordered the other boot I had originally meant to get.
Since my original order of 2 boots was enough to qualify for free shipping, they were also willing to give me free shipping on the second order (of only one pair, to replace the unwanted steel-toe boots) which under normal circumstances would not have been expensive enough to qualify for free shipping.
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because the shipping was a little slow.
