We have been using workable for over a year's period now, and we are happy with the customisability of the product in addition to the excellent customer service, who are always listening to our opinions and suggestions.

The workable staff has been more than helpful from the moment I signed up to just this morning when I had a quick question. They are quick to respond, eager to assist and always there when you need them..
The sorting feature on there hiring portal is amazing and there drop down windows make life alittle more simple when you cant think of what you want to say, because they have already thought of it for you!!

We use workable now after screening the market and possibilities. So far workable is very easy to use, has a great customer care service, many ways how to integrate the software into your website. It has good conditions price wise and you are flexible up and down grading your monthly package. Plus it has customers worldwide and therefor offers easy job postings to the job boards you might need.

At first I was a bit skeptical, but I tried the free trial period to get a better feel for the service. It was TRULY a FREE trial period. Other services ask for a credit card up front. In no time resumes were rolling in. My inbox was filled with qualified applicants. Workable is easy to navigate and I can respond to applicants in no time at all. I highly recommend for small business owners such as myself.

I am very happy with the platform, it is working fast and smoothly, everything is done very comfortable and easy to use. I love the integration with social media profiles and the way it displays the information. For now nothing really negative.

Workable has taken our hiring process at another level and helped us hire 9 people in the last 2 years.

We needed a quick way to create a jobs page that looked good without adding extra resource to the design/dev team.

I have heard about Workable from a few trusted co-founders so we gave it a go and it's been brilliant at managing all the prospects.

We're currently on a trial but will definitely upgrade and complete our hiring!

Workable allows us to track candidates throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle - keeping notes, interview results, and communication in one place and easily accessible. The ability to let candidates apply for positions directly in our applicant tracking is nice - but my favorite part has been the improved ability to keep track of candidates long-term... allowing us to keep in contact with people who might not be a fit in the short term but would fit new openings in the future.

Can't imagine trying to manage recruiting for a team without Workable.

As a hiring manager, I'm always trying to stay on top of candidates and keep recruiting overhead to a minimum. Workable has allowed me to really streamline my recruiting process, collaborate with HR and others to evaluate and hire more efficiently. Their product updates are frequent and their communication strategy around product updates is spot on, I never feel like I have to read documentation. While there is an occasional hiccup, as with any software, Workable has done a great job at quickly fixing and communicating open issues. That being said, it's never impacted my ability to get the information I need when I need it. I would recommend the software to any business looking to streamline their hiring process.

Workable took our recruiting efforts from a very reactive, messy, stressful attempt to keep things afloat to an organized, streamlined, centralized process. It has given us the ability to communicate internally in ways that actually kept the process moving, rather than getting bottle necked at each hiring manager. It's also given us the ability to boost our reputation externally because we can reach out to every single applicant to communicate what's going on with a few clicks rather than shooting off a million emails a day. I highly recommend it to any company, any size, any industry.
