The colour wool I needed for the giraffe showed out of stock so I emailed to see if they knew when it would be back available ( my nieces pregnancy was only going to last so long!)
The kindest of ladies said she had one and if I placed the order she would ensure I got the lemon! So very kind and helpful. So thoughtful. It came really quickly and beautifully packaged. Thank you.

I’d like to say I am working on Teetee the dragon, he is awesome. I am making slowly but surely progress. When I have questions I email Wool Couture. They are extremely kind and patient with me and explain the details of the row or rows that I am on. I highly recommend Wool Couture for buying their quality yarn and with help understanding a pattern. They’re excellent. You don’t need to take a class when you have them at hand! The ladies that have been answering my emails are very prompt and happy to help. Im for sure hooked and going to make more Auragami animals!

absolutely great service and great products. the merino wool is lovely and the patterns are great. customer service is also fantastic and effectively helpful. I have been engaging quite a few times and they have always found a great solution.

I needed a project to see me through the dark winter months. This ticked all the boxes. Wool Couture clearly care about their craft and their customer service and support is excellent.

Mum has recently been diagnosed with dementia and I thought it would be lovely to do some crochet with her… with this in mind, I ordered a (rainbow) cushion kit and emailed Wool Couture to ask if they could arrange for delivery at really short notice. The lovely Maria sent a charming email, by return, promising me delivery in time for my trip to mums… the time spent with mum sharing the experience was so special, the kit is beautiful and the service was second to none… thank you!

A fantastic company after trying to get a pattern and wool from a chain shop who wanted nearly £100, which I did not buy.

I then found Wool Couture amazing choice of patterns and wool. I chose a blanket and my daughter wanted it knitted in navy blue. The pattern told me the needles also I needed so ordered them too, a fraction of the price. The order came with if a week very fast and it was packaged well and a nice touch of have a paper bag to my project in seemed so personal to me. Will defiantly order again.

I ordered a macrame weave kit. I have never attempted macrame or weaving before. The instructions were very clear and the quality of the materials was excellent. I would highly recommend a kit from Wool Couture.

What a wonderful company! I have ordered three of their small animal crochet kits and they are absolutely amazing. I was a little ambitious starting out with a kit, given I couldn't crochet at all! Claire was amazing at helping me to understand the pattern. I've nearly finished the projects and can't wait to give them to my nieces!

I've also ordered the winter shrug kit and Sam was so helpful with my questions about yarn selection. The quality of Cheeky Chunky yarn is so beautiful - it's incredibly soft and lovely to work with. I can't wait to finish it and wear it. I went for Hyacinth and it's simply stunning.

Everything from the quality of the products to their customer service has been outstanding. I highly recommend! I know that crocheting is going to be something I continue to enjoy, thanks to Wool Couture.

I ordered a crochet kit and near the end of the pattern I ran out of wool. I emailed them showing my tension, which was off by 1/2 stitch and got told I could order the remaining wool I needed. After already spending £50 on this blanket I expect it the right amount of wool. Usually kits give you more wool than you would normally need but this company seem to give you no room for even the smallest error!

I needed help knitting Robyn Octopus 🐙 I emailed Woolcuture who replied promptly and passed on my query. I was then contacted by Emma who gave me clear instructions and links to helpful videos. Emma replied to all my further emails answering questions and giving helpful advice. The videos were visually clear step by step and the vocal instructions precise.

The kits are beautiful but nowhere near enough wool, I am only half way through and have run out of wool, I have had to order another 2 balls which still may not be enough to finish the item.

I received a knitting kit for Christmas from my mother in law, after starting my project I had a few knitting questions as a novice knitter. I’m new to knitting and I’ve bought a few projects/wool from here and I’ve always had quick delivery, quality products and most importantly help when I reached out to gain advice on a jumper project that I was struggling with - nothing was too much trouble to help me complete my project. I’m not very good with following written instructions for crochet so my blanket didn’t look right. Anyway, I emailed the team and they sent me a great video and I could see straight away where I was going wrong. And now I have a beautiful Lucy blanket 😊

Asked for the scarf kit for a Christmas gift. Husband wrapped it without checking - when I opened it, it was a kit to make baby bootees. He spoke to the company who agreed to send a replacement, but my husband had the faff of going to the post office to return the wrong kit back to them. Not finding the instructions easy to follow - it was advertised as suitable for beginners, but it’s not clear and assumes some prior knowledge. Having to resort to YouTube to try and work out what to do.

Edit after receiving a reply: fair enough, I’ve checked again and it does state that it’s for those who are comfortable with the basics. Keeping as three stars due to the error in sending the wrong one initially which meant a delay in receiving the gift, didn’t get it until after I’d gone back to work when it was meant to be a holiday project.
