Avoid the kitchen side. Lochanna. After sales absolutely awful. Have warranty issues and nobody getting back to me. Had a few issues with the kitchen side, really not worth the hassle.

The worst company I’ve dealt with in some time. Our bathroom cabinet top drawer, after being in place for just over 12 months has split and the handle corroded. The design just allows water to sit on top so we’ve had a squidgy to wipe away and as we noticed very early on, little signs of corrosion of the handle we keep it as clean dry as possible. When I raised with them I expected a fairly simple ‘we’ll replace the drawer’, I mean let’s face it it’s 12 months old and will cost around £150 to replace. Oh no no no, they sent me a guide on how to clean it and say it’s due to being wet and it’s not covered under their warranty. It’s a bathroom cabinet. It will get wet! What is covered under their warranty I ask! Their email is so condescending and utterly unhelpful. Considering what we’ve asked for I’d rate this as the worst customer experience for as long as I can remember. Just go somewhere else.

Absymal quality. Furniture cracked and fell apart within a few months. The company refused to take responsibility and without any evidence claimed it was because water was left sitting on it. It seems it cant handle the slightest bit of condensation (we leave 2 windows open all the time and have a new extractor fan). I have lived in many houses but I've never seen furniture fall apart so quickly due to normal everyday use.

So they sent a narrow depth unit instead of the standard depth. The plumber had to do 3 hrs extra work to fit with the standard depth cabinets so we had a working toilet for the weekend. Took weeks to issue a refund, the Wc unit was supplied with the wrong colour panel in may due to being out of stock. It’s September and I’m still waiting for the correct colour to be sent, they sent 1 but it was scratched to hell despite being ‘QC’ checked before being sent!!! The area rep has stopped returning my sales rep calls so not sure how I’m gonna get this resolved!! I’m not the type to leave bad reviews but this company deserve it. Not sure when my bathroom will actually be finished.

We ordered a next day delivery WC unit two weeks ago and scheduled installation for the 17th, but it wasn’t even dispatched. We only discovered this after chasing them - there was no proactive communication at all.

When the unit finally arrived 1.5 weeks late, it had visible cracks (due to staples) and large gaps between the panels. On raising this, we were told the cracks are “just how it comes” and the fixings are “adjustable.” However, adjusting them requires removing four screws per bracket, lowering the fixings (to avoid previous holes), aligning, and re-screwing - an impractical solution that leaves holes needing to be filled and sealed to avoid future water damage.

If staples are causing cracks in the panels, why not use glue instead?

We requested a replacement on Wednesday and rebooked installation for the 24th. Again, there was no update until we followed up, only to be told the new unit won’t arrive until “sometime next week.”

Overall, poor communication, questionable build quality, and a frustrating customer experience. I would not recommend based on our experience.

Recently had my bathroom refurbished and purchased the Fontana slim wing basin which looks fantastic.

Unfortunately, the brushed brass overflow ring is completely the wrong colour…. It’s more black than brass and completely spoils the look of my bathroom.

Contacted customer services and they said that they could not guarantee the colour as the product was manufactured by different companies.

I have purchased many different brushed brass products from different suppliers and nothing came black.

Excellent looking bathroom furniture however after sales is quite useless and they don’t seem to know a lot about their products.

I have a contemporary basin unit with a countertop solid piece that has a sit on basin, all made by the same company.

Since buying the products I have called up to find out whether or not a certain size whole has to be cut within the countertop to allow the sink to sit on top.

I was told someone would source me fitting instructions for this however nothing has been received. Am I surprised? No, nothing separates this company from the rest.
