Quality product, well packed, and this year the delivery driver was excellent.

Happy with the product, price and initial communication from the vendor, but the pallet transfer company provided no updates on the delivery and it was fortunate that I was in when they turned up with the delivery. The two fellas who delivered the pallet were however very helpful and the powered pallet lifter made light of what can often be a tricky delivery

This is my 1st time trying briquette, so bought a selection of fuel from the shop to try, then ordered 1 pallet of Woodlets and 1 of H/W Briquettes a month later. At the shop you get good advice and a good location (for us country folk). The big order was great value (summer sale), delivered into my store. Saves a lot of lift and shift. I also got a couple of 20kg HotMax - Sealed plastic bag. Lovely pine smell add a few to the bottom of your log basket.

Excellent, human customer service, so different from the automated nonsense of other suppliers. They put a human face on a digital supply chain for a natural product.

Great service and managed to keep a cap on price increases.

Although the pricing first attracted us, the company ethos is first class; detailed in their environmental and social responsibility statements and their charitable work and donations. We will happily purchase again.

Very clear website and ordering experience. I bought a full pallet of heat logs at a great price, but that was during a sale. Not used any yet and winter will reveal how good they are but if prices stay low I'll be back.
Delivery was efficient and friendly too.

I've ordered from this company for several years now and would thoroughly recommend them . I made an error when I was placing my recent order online which would have cost me quite a lot more money. Steve e mailed me to check whether I actually wanted what I'd ordered and I absolutely didn't! All my own error. Thank goodness Steve picked this up and corrected it for me. Fantastic customer knowledge and service!

Ordering the fuel was straightforward.
The delivery company was very obliging as l had to delay the delivery by one day due to a hospital appointment.
The actual delivery went very smoothly as the driver was extremely helpful.
Excellent job done on wrapping the bricketts, which proved extremely useful as l got caught in a heavy rain shower half way through the unloading.
The hardwood bricketts produce a large amount of heat much quicker and easier than hard wood logs. I am still experimenting with a new stove but l am very impressed so far.
