I have use 2 blades on my blades on my band saw and both have broken at the welds a 3rd broken at the weld when I opened it up for installing this was also at the weld. Poor manufacturing

Husband has tried other makes but always comes back to Woodford blades. He says they are hard to beat.

Bandsaw blade parted at the weld during first few days of use. Will not use again.

I bought planer blades for my Kity 636 planer. I found Woodford offered the best value for money and the delivery was free and super fast.
The customer service was excellent and it was nice to speak with them in person, rather than a computer.
I would highly recommend them and will definitely be shopping with them in the very near future.

I think the first thing woodford tools did was make some little wooden people out of thick planks and put one of the shavings in charge of IT.
You see, there's no way to stop the little 4x2's from sending unwanted mail - unsubscribe doesn't work, emailing and asking nicely doesnt work. Getting mad doesn't work.... "we like to tell our customers what we're doing" - little wooden toys in a little wooden box. Thick

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I bought a table saw last year from another company. I needed to know where to purchase a guide rail for the slot so I could make a sled. I was blanked for months until I gave them 1 star on trust pilot. They then gave a non-helpful damage limiting reply. I've bought several guide rails, even had some made but none of them fit. I emailed Woodford in desperation and even though there was nothing in it for them a very helpful man (Roy) rang me to guide me through what I needed to do to actually use the table saw. I can thoroughly 100% recommend this company. Thanks Roy!!

Purchased a couple of planer blades from this outfit recently at a very competitive price... Few seconds into the job and the new blade splits. Complained but told " no warranty on blades, you must have hit a nail". Nope, no nails in the side of my door, after fitting the second blade the job was completed, strange that isn't it? Cheap but substandard product, purchase elsewhere cause this lot aren't going to give you a refund.

Perfect fit for my bandsaw, quick delivery too, good value, definitely buy again when needed.

I had to use this company during lockdown - and I can't give them enough praise - I was looking for replacement blades of a generic chines cheepo planer thicknesser - couldn't find any info about blade size on the web - contacted them and they spent time and effort helping me be sure I got the right blades - far more time than such a micro sale really merited.

Then they didn't arrive for weeks - and weeks - lockdown postage to post brexit France - Victor kept in touch with me and was on the verge of sending me a replacement when they finally arrived 6 weeks after posting.

They were courteous, parient and helpful throughout. I only saw they had a trust pilot review 18 months down the line because I was looking for their website - felt obliged to give them the credit they deserve.

Good product and service, unfortunately the after sales service stinks, they owe me a refund and do not answer my emails.
Had I have known when I paid €13.00 postage to send the product back, that I would not get the refund they promised me I would not have waste my money sending back stuff that they will resell for more profit.
Very disappointed.
