Best company, lovely showroom
I work opposite the company's showroom in Warrington. Everytime I go in they are professional and pleasant. They have an excellent selection of floors and accessories all very nicely presented. The floors are laid out in a manner that makes it easy to see how it will look when it's in your house.
The floor I bought was excellent quality and looks great. It was also a great price.

A company to choose
Excellent quality products and superior customer service. My floorboard got damaged by rain and despite the fact it wasn't the company responsibility, they offered a 20% discount in the new purchase.
I used them in the past and I will buy again in future.

Excellent floor choices very friendly and knowledgeable staff great customer service always happy to help. Floor was delivered and fitted on time most competitive prices for flooring I came across would recommend wood floor warehouse to anyone looking for great floors at competitive prices .

A lovely range of floors and very helpful staff. We were able to take our floor away on the day of purchase and the price was very good, much less than we expected to pay based on other quotes.
It's all installed now and looks fantastic.

Delivery timelines are dreadful
Waited until 7pm for a 1pm delivery sit. No explanation given, had to cal the company about 10times to find out what was going on. They didn’t even have the professional curtesy to call me to inform me, when I touched upon this they were very rude. Would never recommend them

I am sorry you are not happy, but it is not fair to lie in your review about this.
Our website clearly states that deliveries are 8am-6pm. We do offer a more expensive delivery service where a time slot can be chosen, but you did not take this option. At no stage were you told that your delivery would be at 1pm. In fact, when we spoke to you that morning we were able to let you know of your approximate delivery time between 4-6pm after calling the courier company.
At approximately 4pm you called our office for the 8th time, now demanding a refund of the delivery, because the order was not with you yet, despite there still being 2hrs left for it to arrive. Your review was published straight after this call, stating you waited until 7pm for your delivery. How is this even possible when it was not even close to 7pm yet?
The delivery company also complained to us that they had received abuse from you over the phone.

I was recently looking for good quality floor for my house. My friend recommended Wood Floor Warehouse as he had purchased floors from them few times before. I was approached by a member of a staff shortly after I arrived at the shop. The customer service that I received was brilliant! I have found the beautiful oak floor for my living room in my budget. Wood floor warehouse also had joiners they recommended. One of the recommended joiners has done an excellent job and the floor looks beautiful! I will definitely be back in the future for more excellent floors!

Poor Service or set up
Ordered sample paid £1, never arrived: wrote for refund or to expedite 1 week later. No reply after 3 weeks. If they cant be bothered to help at that stage what hope. I suspect something is wrong with their paypal address as it ends btinterent not "internet". Mad!

I'm sorry to hear that you had an issue ordering something from our website. The email and paypal address that you have used in incorrect and does not refer to our company. This would explain why you have not received your order or an email reply.
Really good quick service, great prices and good delivery
I've purchased laminate flooring from these guys twice now and both times have been really great. Initially I ordered samples which arrived in a timely manner. I then ordered from those and received the goods in good time as well. My only reservation is that the packaging is a little lax. On my first order a few of the planks were damaged at the ends. Fortunately I was able to work around the damaged ones and still had enough product to complete. Other than that, a first class company.
