I linked in with Zero Waste Medals and was not disappointed from start to finish. Really very helpful from the off set. Happy to discuss my ideas and implement designs. Communication was easy through out. The medals that have been produced are fantastic and will be a great reference to all my swims for 2025

Super friendly, super helpful, could not recommend this company highly enough, they went above and beyond to make my medal and it turned out brilliant. Highly recommend this team.

Zero Waste medals need to understand that an event organiser needs the confidence that the medals that they ordered 6 months before the event are delivered at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Not on the day of the event as happened to us.
Also, they need to responded to an organiser's request for samples of new designs and changes to the medals ordered. We asked twice for small design changes and a sample of new colour ways but no response. To be able to speak to somebody involved in the production of the medals would be useful.

Didn't receive it initially because they didn't pay the delivery fee to Royal Mail. Had to fork out £1.50 for it. Turns out, somewhat unsurprisingly, it's of rather poor quality. Further to that point, the kids weren't a fan of it either. They prefer to bite into metal, not into wood.

Dealing with Zero Waste Medals was so easy and the end result - twelve medals for friends - was perfect and just what I had in mind. Customer service - whom I contacted often - was excellent. It has been a long time since I've had customer service that good.
