The portrait is just fantastic I am so pleased.

I would also like to add that Alessandra always answers her emails promptly and she really listens to what you are asking. I cannot fault her customer service and she is an amazing talent.

Our purchase was a pastel depiction of two pet dogs, from two photos sent via an iPhone.

Firstly, the painting was beautiful. Furthermore, the artist, Alessandra Rossi, was the perfect ‘service provider’. We exchanged several emails, all very warm and friendly, which upgraded this from a mere purchase. We would also thouroughly recommend her to anyone.

Lucy Smith from Wonderstreet contacted me when I was searching for a particular style of painting. It was my first time buying a painting online and she gave me helpful advice, contacted the seller on my behalf and generally smoothed out the whole purchase process. I was disappointed that it wasn't possible to negotiate a discount on my purchase from the online price indicated on the seller's website but the service through Wonderstreet was worthwhile nonetheless and it didn't cost me anything.

I was very lucky to find Wonderstreet to assist me in commissioning a painting. Lucy Smith was cooperative, professional, friendly and patient. She helped me find the perfect artist to produce an art piece that I had wanted for a long time (a painting inspired in Rothko´s "Homage to Matisse") and the whole process after the right artist was selected ran smoothly until the canvas was safely delivered in my home. Brilliant! I wanted something special for a special occasion. I liked the idea of getting a painting created but I am certainly no artist! I came across this website and decided to give it a go. Lucy got back to me and made everything really simple. She worked out what I was looking for and approached various artists for me. She did all of the going between me and the artist, answering all of my questions along the way. The process has been really simple and I now have a beautiful painting to give as a gift. It really couldn't have gone smoother.

Where do I start? With an idea for my only son's 40th birthday. I had an idea for a portrait in my head and Lucy from Wonderstreet saw it too and found me a wonderful artist who interpreted this idea int a beautiful piece of artwork that brought my late mother back into our living room. It was my first purchase from Wonderstreet and I really had a perfect service. Due to some travels, I requested the painting asap and they managed to deliver it to London from Tailand in less than 4 days, even earlier than I needed! They were so responsive in every stage, before, during and after the purchase. The piece I bought was a painting of the artist Ta and it exceeded my expectations in any way, much better than it seems on the website.
