Ruaan has spent hours and hours on chat with me trying to figure out a solution for my reservations as i booked for an experience and it was not avaliable due to the on going situation. She was so helpful nice and extremely professional and she had no complaints about the 1000 of options we had to go through it together untill we find an appropriate experience which is not affected by the on going situation and thx to her i was able to book my experience after all and all my frustration was gone because of her help and support
