I’ve had several consultations with Miss Di Donato and she is exceptional. She reviews your history carefully, never hesitates to send you for further tests when needed, and her attention to detail is outstanding. She removed a polyp for me with zero pain, and recently inserted my first Marina coil — I was very nervous due to scarring, but she was incredibly gentle and put me at ease throughout. I have been a patient of Miss Di Donato for over 5 years. She is incredibly friendly, compassionate and professional. Always takes concerns seriously, and investigates to put me at ease. She performed laproscopy surgery on polyps 5 years ago. The procedure was straight forward, her whole team were fantastic, completely put me at ease and followed up to ensure my recovery at home progressed as planned. I continue to return for annual check-ups, Miss Di Donato also helps manage my HRT and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Di Donato. She was recommended by my gynecologist after I needed surgery to remove a large fibroid and the NHS waiting list was too long.

She performed a robotic assisted myomectomy with exceptional skill and professionalism. The surgery went very smoothly, and my recovery has been much faster than I expected. Throughout the process, she was kind, reassuring, and inspired complete confidence.

From our very first consultation Miss Di Donato listened to me, validated my concerns, and provided the compassionate care I so desperately needed after struggling to be seen on the NHS.
She performed a laparoscopic procedure to remove my fibroids, and the results have been phenomenal. Her surgical skill is second to none, the scars are healing so beautifully you won’t in time even know they were there!

The best gynaecologist in London! Miss Di Donato has been such a caring and helpful person. I have suffered with Adenomyosis for most of my life and its had such a negative impact on me. Each day was a struggle but Miss Donato helped me with treatments and medication to help with the pain and bleeding until I was ready for surgery.

I have now had my hysterectomy and I cannot thank you enough. You have changed my life in ways I couldn’t imagine. All I knew for 20+ years was an excruciating pain and unable to even care for my children sometimes. I am ever so greatful and thankful that I found you! And I would highly recommend you to everyone going through the same thing!

My experience with Ms Di Donato has been excellent. Ms Di Donato is so clear in explaining what is happening, and so caring. She made a plan for my treatment for endometriosis within weeks of our first meeting and initial tests. I have made more progress in the four months since I first contacted her (including surgery) than in the previous 6 years of symptoms, pain and appointments with other consultants. I’m incredibly grateful to Ms Di Donato, her CNS Vicky, and the other specialists brought in to support my case. I highly recommend Ms Di Donato and her team.

I have been under the care of Miss Di Donato since October 2025 after being referred for severe stage 4 endometriosis, and I cannot thank her enough for the exceptional care she has provided. She performed robotic surgery for me this year and will operate again in October. Throughout everything, she has been kind, compassionate, an amazing listener, and incredibly hardworking — even seeing me at 7am during my post-op admission before starting clinic.

She has also gone above and beyond by referring me to fertility specialists before surgery.

Dr Nadine Di Donato was extremely professional, attentive, and empathetic. She examined me with great care, truly listened to me, and took the time to discuss all my options clearly and reassuringly. Dr Di Donato is a wonderful gynaecologist, clearly highly knowledgeable and skilled, but also deeply empathetic. From the moment we met, she and nurse Vicky Burea put both my daughter and me instantly at ease. Their kindness, responsiveness and genuine care made us feel truly supported.

My daughter has been living with severe daily pain. Her school attendance is around 40%, she often cannot participate in sports, and she struggles with fatigue and many other symptoms. At times it feels as though her life is over. While Dr Di Donato does not have a magic cure for endometriosis, having a gynaecologist and nurse who truly listen, care and are available for advice whenever we need it makes an enormous difference. We feel very fortunate to have found them.

I am profoundly grateful to Gynaecologist Ms Di Donato and her team for their exceptional care. Following an external ultrasound that identified a large fibroid, her referral for an MRI scan revealed severe (stage 4) silent endometriosis. The laparoscopic, robotic-assisted surgery was extensive, involving bowel shaving, ovarian cystectomy, and myomectomy removal of fibroids, the largest measuring 9cm. The team's professionalism and compassion instilled confidence in me throughout this complex procedure. Now, three weeks post-op, I am feeling well, and with her guidance, I know I made the best decision.
