The dress was like the picture but was too short for me around thé neck . I had to figure it out to lenghten with something similar as i was short on time to find another dress. But except this inconveniente the dress was nice

Terrible terrible company.

They don’t give refunds or send you the items that you think your getting, item quality falling apart and missing items then have the cheek to say we will give you a concession of $30 and then try to get we will increase to $50 as a final concession.

Stay away from this company and give customers back their money your taking in good faith.

Perfect dress and timely delivery

It states that the package was delivered but I never received it. Customer service told me to wait for another 10 days.

So unhappy. The dresses run small and the size guide is not accurate. Won’t order again. Worst customer service. They responded but aren’t helpful. The page stated 30 days return policy. I ordered 4 dresses and three of them were to tight for me and when I asked for a refund, you offered to return the items to china which will cost me %80 of what I paid for the dress. So ended up keeping three dresses that am not going to wear. Also, the last dress I ordered fits me perfectly but the color and style different from the image in your page. I couldn’t stand that dress and had to return it. I purchased that dress for $88 and had to return it so paid $56 for shipping it back to china. I don’t understand why you state 30 days return policy and when a customer doesn’t like the item you ask to ship it back to an address in China while you dresses arrive in couple days to the customer. Which means your warehouse is somewhere in the states but you make your costumer to pay a big amount of money for shipping. So disappointed.

My dress was too big and I use the size chart. In order to return the dress I have to pay the return cost and send it to an address in Timbuktu. I don’t know where it was just so unreasonable so I kept the dress. I don’t like the fact that you don’t know where merchandise is coming from smh. However, I do like the dress.

The quality was very bad and the size was not matched.
I paid £70 for the dress. I had to pay £20 for return postage to china and for refund they deducted 10% of original price as well.
Soo don’t even try that you will loose a lot .

I am not sure why the star reviews are so high. Dress very poor quality dosnt look anything like the picture sizing is way off even when you measure yourself. Lost money to send it back to China as they demanded signed for then charged 10% restock fee.
