Excellent service from WLV our boilers needed annual service and I needed a Worcester Bosch accredited company to keep my guarantee The appointment was booked with Tayla who found a slot that fitted our schedule many thanks.She said we would be informed on the day of the service of the engineers approximate arrival time . We received a text to say Ryan was on his way. The job was completed with great care and attention to detail by Ryan who explained the process and kept us informed all the way through the job.Definitely a company that has a strong customer service focus. I would definitely recommend using WLV and will do for future service work

We - and most of our family and friends - have used WVL Heating for a number of years now, and are our "go to" for boiler servicing, new radiators and all things associated with gas installations and the rest. In this case it was to install a new gas cooker at my daughter's house. The quoted price was accurate, and the time slot they offered was bang on. Yet another good job well done.

The company are so professional and came recommended. Our job was not simple and it involved sourcing other specialist plumbers which WLV did for us which was quite frankly a huge relief for us. The second phase took about four days and was painless. I can’t thank them enough for such a fantastic thorough professional job. Our water pressure and heating is so much better.

Yes came on time and was very friendly let us know he was on his wa. Moved blankets and towels from the cupboard were he needs to get to boiler and put them back neatly. My only concern was the price. Was cheaper with Simon but understand cost of living

I contacted Scott to see if he could help with an urgent boiler relocation at a property we were working on. Within 5 days, David had met me on site to discuss our requirements, came up with a solution to providing hot water during the build and got a team out to complete the works. Communication was faultless, every team member we dealt with were professional and knowledgeable and the timeframe they were able to work to was incredible! Without them, the build would have been weeks behind. Thank you WLV!

I have recently found WLV to service my 2 gas fires, and after a problem with the kitchen sink waste pipe plumbing due to the original bad installation I contacted WLV. Leyton arrived as arranged to check what action was required and arranged to return with the necessary parts to correctly refit it and fix the external waste pipe. Leyton did an excellent job, the sink empties faster than ever. For the work completed on the gas fires and the plumbing I have no hesitation in highly recommending WLV Heating Ltd.

the plumber(s) were lovely, stayed late to ensure that we wouldn’t be without water overnight and sorted the problem.
