The WL Mouse Beast x Mini Pro Magnesium (cost 145 USD + shipping) failed after 2 weeks of use on 15th March. Customer Service advice was to execute pairing which did not resolve the issue. Then I was asked to pay myself for costly return shipment including tracking, before refund would be granted. After my complaint I got a prepaid return shipment label but without tracking. I provided shipping info including pictures on 20th March but did not get any response regarding refund. I openend a Paypal Case but had to wait for company response, sent shipping info and pictures for evidence again. It took few more days, before finally on 9th April refund arrived.

I bought a WL Beast MIAO from this company in November. It arrived in December and worked for about 3 weeks before the right click stopped working and the scroll wheel started glitching, latter to that it would freeze up my machine and cause issues etc. I contacted the support after doing a ton of troubleshooting myself (which I documented and sent them in an email) after a week of no reply, I email them again and they reply with a generic response, clearly nobody read my email because it was asking things I'd already covered... it also asked for a video so I could show them what was happening. I replied with a video and more details... another week goes by and I ask them if I can get a replacement... they ignore me for another week and finally say I need to fix it myself. I then bring up the warranty and that it should be covered under this for replacement... they finally agree to replace it - I wait 2 weeks for a shipping label to send it back. I send it back and let them know and they tell me because of Chinese New Year, it isn't going to be sent out to me till Feb 25th.

They finally send it out and I receive the replacement yesterday (12/03/2026) and upon plugging it in I notice it wouldn't pair to my device. I tried to install the latest firmware but doing that disconnected my mouse and crashed my PC twice. Unable to install the latest firmware I try to use the mouse wirelessly to see if this helps, it doesn't work unplugged. I plug it back in and it blows my PC and kills my corsair keyboard (I had to throw it out, it's completely dead!) I decide I don't want to plug their defective mouse back into my machine so I instantly email them and tell them. I ask for a refund at this point because I am done with all this and they refuse... I tell them they can't refuse I want to send it back and get a refund as I've paid nearly £140 dollars for something that doesn't work - they then ghost me all day, no response.

I raise a dispute with PayPal and it gets closed and rejected because I 'left it too long to request a refund' WHICH WAS NOT MY FAULT THIS COMPANY TAKES A WEEK TO REPLY TO ANYTHING AND THEN DIDN'T SEND ME MY MOUSE BACK BEACUSE OF A 3 WEEK NEW YEAR CELEBRATION! So No refund at all... money down the drain, no mouse...

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, IF YOU'RE READING THIS PLEASE DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. IT'S NOT LEGIT.

I absolutely love the products from this company, I have owned 2 beast x's now and both have been amazing, my current beast x stopped right clicking on 5/6/25 and the discord helper was very kind but couldn't figure out my problem and sent me to the support email, support then took 24-48 hours to respond to each of my emails and on 5/16/25 they told me i had to send my mouse in for repair, They said it would be 15 days shipping each way that i would have to pay for, And that it would take up to a week to repair. I ended up just buying the new pwnage trinity cf because it is the same shape and price with customer support that will actually care.

Hab mir die WLmouse geholt und bin echt zufrieden. Die Qualität ist top, alles fühlt sich super hochwertig an, und die Switches wackeln kein bisschen. Man merkt einfach, dass hier Wert auf gute Verarbeitung gelegt wurde.

Einziger Haken: Die Lieferzeit war echt lang, was ein bisschen genervt hat. Aber ganz ehrlich, das Warten hat sich gelohnt. Würde sie auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen

The mouse after a few months of use begins to break down. When using the mouse suddenly disconnects it and nothing can be done. WLMouse says they can't do anything about it and won't accept the hardware under warranty

à fuir !!!!!!!!!!!!! Le clic de la souris se casse au bout d'un mois d'utilisation seulement, tout en utilisant le périphérique avec précaution. Grosse arnaque !!! Souris faite les yeux bandés, avec les mains menottés. Je ne vois que cette solution. Le prix fixé a 180€ devrait être fixé à 25€ tout au plus. N'achetez jamais cette souris. Aucun effort est mit dans la souris, il doivent surement jouer au football avec avant de vous l'envoyer.

EDIT: I have now purchased 4 WLMouse products in total and am very impressed. People who have issues with CS just need to push further, as Chinese support is always like this since the consumer laws are different in China. If you keep escalating the situation and use easy to understand/translate words (since they are Chinese) you will be able to reach an outcome.

I had a few problems with the BeastX Mini I purchased however they sent me a new one free of charge after I asked them about it, would buy again!

bought one of there mice and was a pretty good mouse overall but the some things on it are just awful and make the mouse annoying to use such as the battery life and charging time i get like 12 hours use on the mouse i 1khz polling rate and 4khz is just not worth it because it takes longer to charge the mouse then time i get using 4khz it takes around an hour to get 20% charge on the mouse this is while using the mouse aswell not happy with it for the price when you can buy other mice for around the same or cheaper that don't have any problems

This colourway is even more special in person and the only colour to my knowledge that comes with a colour matched 8k dongle

I have never felt the need to review a product before, but after purchasing a very expensive mouse that was defective and being ignored by customer service I feel somewhat morally obligated to warn others. I purchased the Beast x Mini from WL Mouse on 1/13/24 and received it on 2/5/24. In less than 1 week of use, the right mouse button would not stay activated when holding it down making it nearly impossible to use scopes in any video game. I notified the company of the issue and told them that I had tried numerous things to resolve this issue on my own through the contact option on their website on approximately 2/12/24 and received no response. I then sent them an email after receiving no reply for about 6 days which they did respond to and asked me to send a video of it happening (which I provided). After providing the video they asked for, they completely stopped communicating and would not reply despite my various attempts. For these reasons, I can not recommend this mouse or anything else from this company.
