No Refund
Returned a vape battery to the correct address but Wiz vape said they never received it so I didn't get a refund and I am now out of pocket 🤬 Looking at other reviews it seems Wizvape are pretty good for service but don't like giving refunds.

We received the tracking number from you and, upon checking, we can see that the battery parcel was delivered to a completely different address, not our warehouse. As our team previously advised, since you were the sender of this parcel, we advised you to raise a complaint with Royal Mail regarding the misdelivery. Unfortunately, we haven’t received any response from you after that.

Great customer service. They contacted me to inform me that the item I had ordered was out of stock. They offered me an alternative and posted it the same day. I received my order the day after.

Poor Service
Sadly, having placed an order on 24th Sept and finding out it was out of stock, I have been chasing for my refund ever since. Nearly a full month later and im still waiting.
Not a good experience!
