This is my first time reserving with this website the service is good and will be reserving again with them

i had created a booking for incorrect date by mistake and wrote them an email. Karl called back within few minutes of my email and quickly resolved my concern. He offered to change the date for my booking and was very respectful of my request that I needed more time before deciding.

Je me suis fait arnaquer…
De plus j ai été victime de fraude sur ma carte de crédit.
Je déconseille de commander des voyage par cet intermédiaire.

THE TRAVEL AGENT, WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH TRYING TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE, MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER WAS INCORRECT AND HE QUICKLY RESOLVED IT.

I purchased transatlantic flights through Wiztravel/Wizfair months in advance, paid in full, received confirmation. The Friday before my Sunday departure — deliberately timed so I would have no alternatives — I received a call from a rude agent claiming my Air Europa flights were cancelled and I needed a refund.
I called Air Europa directly while keeping the agent on hold. Air Europa confirmed: my flights were PERFECTLY FINE. On time. No issues whatsoever. When I confronted the Wiztravel agent with this, he changed his story and started fabricating new excuses. I called Air Europa again — they confirmed that a Wiztravel agent had registered a cancellation on my booking weeks earlier WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. They had cancelled my confirmed tickets themselves, behind my back, to resell them at higher prices.
This is their business model: sell tickets they haven't actually purchased, collect your money, then cancel at the last minute when you have no options, hoping you'll just accept a refund. Pure speculation and arbitrage with people's travel plans.
What followed was 6+ hours across two nights of being kept on hold by rude, dismissive, and at times aggressive operators. I was not sent my replacement Swiss Air tickets until 3am on Saturday — less than 36 hours before departure — after yelling, threats of legal action, and extraordinary stress. The replacement flights then suffered their own problems, stranding me 24 hours in Zurich.
I am a licensed attorney. I have documented everything. I have filed complaints with consumer protection authorities. This company operates from India while pretending to be based in New Jersey. Their positive reviews are fake — written by their own employees as confirmed by multiple independent sources.
Do not book with these people under any name — Wiztravel, Wizfair, WizFair LLC, WizFair Travels, WizFair Vacation. They are the same operation. You will regret it.
Report them to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.

Wizfair was excellent. I travel a lot and value quick and helpful and kind support. The support was friendly, very fast, and the agent Paul Wilson was excellent. They were able to resolve my issue very fast and the prices of flights are excellent.

Pleased to have found a great flight deal on Wizfair after my choice had incresed in price where I was searching.
A glitch when my bank declined the payment assuming it was a unknown vendor but with great help from Cody Smith I was able to get a new payment link and secure the booking.

Je me suis fais escroquer mon argent 2495,77$ par wirfair travel. J’ai essayé d’acheter un billet d’avion pour aller visiter ma famille en décembre. J’ai choisi un billet remboursable ce qui m’a couté 2495,77$ canadien. Lors de la finalisation ma banque a bloqué la transaction pour s’assurer que c’était moi. Toute suite après j’ai voulu recommencer la procédure d’achat du billet mais la page était restée bloqué sur paiement link expired. Après cela je suis allé vérifier dans mon compte bancaire et de l’argent a été débité alors j’ai pas reçu de billets d’avion ni de réservation. J’ai appelé toute suite l’agence pour leur expliquer la situation et j’ai parlé deux fois avec leurs agents qui m’ont dit que y’avait pas de transaction à mon nom et que ils ont bien vérifié. J’ai appelé la banque pour leur expliquer le problème et la banque m’a dit de patienter pendent 2 semaines et que l’argent pourrait être remis dans mon compte! Jusqu’à présent j’ai pas reçu mon argent et j’ai pas reçu de billets d’avion!
