We received expert and targeted recommendations instead of being offered loads of options to choose from ; the recommendations were spot on for the family, we had 7 grandchildren with us of various ages up to 9 years old. All the activities were recommended in advance of arriving and proved to be perfect for young and old alike. Sheena and Wix are experts.

We spent six days in Marrakesh last week, planned and organised extremely efficiently by Wix Squared. Their attention to detail, recommendations and advice were excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The attention to detail, choice of hotels and variety of experiences made my trip to India totally unforgettable.

Alex from Wix Squared organised our recent trip to the Maldives and the whole experience was first class. We chose Wix to plan our luxurious honeymoon to Indonesia (multiple islands) and it was amazing! Alex suggested beautiful hotels/resorts and the service was terrific. All guides and drivers were always on time and excellent. Each place sprinkled in some unique experiences for our honeymoon which was coordinated by Wix.

Wix uses a very useful phone App that notifies you of your flights and includes helpful information about the destination, hotel/spa menus, cultural traditions, shopping, and other tidbits at your fingertips.

Lastly - we had international flight delays and Alex was extremely responsive on WhatsApp and helped research alternative routes for us.

We booked our holiday to Morocco relatively late, but that fact didn't pose a problem for Sheena and Wix Squared, who quickly organized a fantastic itinerary that matched all our needs. Sheena was quick to add special touches, that made my husband's b'day trip incredibly special. Importantly I felt comfortable that they had local knowledge and access to some hidden gems. Any little hiccups we experienced once there were immediately solved. The entire team at Wix Squared were lovely to communicate with and very responsive. If you're planning a trip, I would highly recommend working with this team.

I just returned from the most fabulous vacation in Morocco organized by Wix squared! Everything from the locations, activities, and accommodations to the guides and our driver was perfection. Our group of four friends is very well-traveled but we were consistently blown away each and every day by our itinerary. I can not recommend this trip or Sheena and Wix Squared highly enough!

I scoured the internet and Conde Naste's list of top travel agents for a company that would craft something magical for our once-in-a-lifetime extended family trip to Vietnam . Sheena, Alex and Wix Squared did not disappoint with their suggestions for our group which consisted of 15 people, ages 12 to 77.

They were so thoughtful and went way beyond what we could have ever imagined over our many, many months of planning. Many travel agents we contacted were not excited about tackling a trip for our large group, with travelers arriving at different times, from different locations in the USA over 20 days, and hitting 3 major (9 smaller) cities and a cruise in Vietnam.

Sheena's suggestions on activities (scavenger hunt in Saigon! Lunch with a local family alongside their rice farm! Tailors coming to our hotel upon our arrival in the country to make custom Ao dais in 24 hours for a family reunion!), suggestions for hotels (the iconic Metropole in Hanoi! peaceful Island Resort in Can Tho! Gorgeous Ancient Hue House!) made our trip so special that not a week goes by where we don't say we all want to be back in Vietnam.

Having the expertise and knowledge to arrange for the same guide to be with us our entire trip, traveling to each activity and city with us and organizing us for each day, made the experience so enjoyable for everyone. No one ever had to worry if something went wrong, or someone wanted to do something else. Hiep, our guide, working off of Sheena's perfected itinerary, made everything seamless and was such a pleasure! We love Hiep!

We are so appreciative and happy that we found Wix Squared and Sheena and Alex as they not only gave us a wonderful vacation, but they gave us so many extraordinary memories for us to cherish for a lifetime. We can’t wait for our next adventure with Wix Squared by our side!

I can't say enough good things about WIX Squared and the incredible trip they planned for us in Vietnam. We were 13 people total across different arrival and departure dates and they managed the travel arrangements for everyone seamlessly. They set us up with the most incredible tour guide that was with us for 16 days and made sure we had everything we needed along the way. I can't recommend them enough to others. One word of advice I would give is, when WIX tells you that you are trying to do much in your agenda and planning, listen to them. We had a very active agenda with 2-3 things per day to do and it was a lot. I wish we had listened to WIX and built in more free time or down time.

Wix Squared have again given our small group of friends a wonderful itinerary, this time in Istanbul, taking in all the things we asked for and making them better. A day with a charming guide touring all sides of the city on a 'food tour' was a brilliant way of seeing many parts of the city one might miss, and an early evening on a private motor-boat looking at the mansions with a glass in hand was magical. Alex and Sheena always find the 'extra' in extraordinary, and their ground staff are both charming and knowledgeable.

Another fabulous holiday organised by Wix Squared . We took our four young adult children to the Constance Halaveli in the Maldives. What a wonderful time for all of the family. Plenty of activities and fun for us all and the kids had their own two story villa with pool.
All the stress of planning and travelling was taken care of by Alex and the team. Even when there was the threat of missing a connection Wix Squared beavered away , even through the night, to make sure we would make our flights, which we did.

We have recently returned from India, which was a wonderful experience. Such a well organised trip with excellent tour guides who were very knowledgable. Good quality and efficient transport. We didn’t have to think about a thing - we were sent a daily itinerary pre arranged by Sheena and Alex personalised to our wishes. Highly recommend Wix Squared.

Our trip through Wix was EPIC! A huge part of that was the amazing tour guides we had throughout the trip in India, especially Jay in Jaipur. They were all so attentive and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We did not have to organise anything, it was all taken care of by Wix - this was a huge bonus for me personally as I am usually the one organising everyone and everything :-)

The hotels we stayed at were also impeccable with some of the best service I've ever seen. I can't sing the praises enough for the whole trip, it was so fun!

Wix Squared was superb every step of the way from suggesting the destination and itinerary to the booking process and finally providing support and information during our trip to Marrakech. Their app was brilliant and contained everything we could have needed during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and Sheena went out of her way to ensure that we had the best possible experience. The Riad was stunning with wonderful, helpful staff and delicious food and in a fabulous location. We were paired with a fantastic local driver and this made our stay even more special and stress-free. We would not hesitate to recommend Wix Squared and will be using them again.

Wix Squared once again organised a wonderful holiday for us. Two outstanding resorts in the Maldives with all the time consuming hassles of planning, form filling and worrying taken care of . It was a truly memorable trip scuba diving in some of the best dive sites in the world .

We used to Wix to book a last minute break to Morocco. Alex recommended us a fantastic hotel by the beach, gorgeous riad in Marrakech and booked us some wonderful trips and activities alongside all of our transfers. We had a wonderful time, everything was seamless and we will be sure to use Wix again.

Alex helped us plan a week in the Maldives for our honeymoon. Our trip to Morocco was inspiring, comprehensive (despite our limited time there) and virtually stress-free thanks to Alex’s knowledge and guidance. Our accommodations were superb, the restaurant recommendations were excellent and the planned activities were varied and fun without being overwhelming or “tourist-y”.
