I really like this app
I really like this app! Won it on McDonald’s monopoly and I was sceptical about it but when I tried a few, it was challenging and then I tried a few more and I am now hooked! Looking forward to tomorrow’s workout!

I had the same problem as others
I had the same problem as others. Redeemed a McDonalds prize and then just got charged a week later for a year, over $120. I feel like this is not right.

Avoid the free subscription and it is scam!
Avoid any subscription from this company. I got a free 1 year paid membership from McDonald's Monopoly winning prize and the membership expires in next year (Oct 2026). But they suddenly charged me the monthly membership fee. I tried to contact them via email and their online chat, and no reply at all. Also, there has no way to remove the payment details from the account. It is a scam, don't try to subscribe their paid membership even it is prize from McDonald's Monopoly.

I’ve been raving about this to friends…
I’ve been raving about this to friends recently. What a great idea and not too focused on other’s progress like other fitness apps.
Workouts are challenging and fit around your schedule. The assistant is very good when you ask it to organise a different exercise (there are some more complex prompts that it sometimes struggles with though).
Great app if you don’t have time for the gym but want to focus on fitness.
Ironically got access from a McDonald’s prize. I will likely purchase full time though.

Amazing app
This is a great app, especially for beginners, I’m almost 15st and can follow the workouts, I would highly recommend

The workouts are easy to follow and…
The workouts are easy to follow and lots to chose from which varies in length of time so you can fit them in a break there's also meditation to help you through the day.

It's a great app as it has the avatar…
It's a great app as it has the avatar showing how to do the exercise and you don't need to follow the instructor in the screen as many other apps, however sometimes the set chosen shows the wrong exercises in the series, it happens rarely but it does. So this point still needs to be amended.

Great workout app
Well constructed workout programs. Great to have an avatar to make sure the exercises are done properly as well as detailed audio from the trainers that not only motivate you but ensure that you’re working on proper form.
