Wishbone Design Studio Limited Anmeldelser

We purchased Christmas gifts for our grandsons. This was our first time using your company, and the process could not have gone more smoothly. The items were shipped and arrived in a timely fashion. Both kids loved them.

What more could one ask?

Great product as always an really quick delivery!

A great product! Well made, fairly easy to assemble, and it was a joy to watch our great nephew zip around on this with the biggest smile of all time

I cannot give you a review as it was a gift to my grand daughter who lives overseas

Excellent customer service! After emailing about a possible order mistake, I received a very prompt and reassuring reply. Highly impressed with the service and the product.

Wishbone provided clear and simple instructions for my warranty claim. Replacement parts arrived as scheduled.

The mini-flip and flip are well designed and sturdy toys. I bought the mini for my granddaughter and the flip for her brother. They LOVE them!! Customer Service worked hard to get things right and send me the right flip because one of the flips was not the correct fulfillment. They are top-drawer on all fronts!

Beautiful designs. Easy to view, research and buy on website

Bought a Wishbone Flip for our granddaughter's first birthday but couldn't wait to give it to her and even at 10mos she is enjoying it every day! Walking with it, learning to rock, loves to be rolled from person to person while seated on it. Order delivery was quick and the toy is very well made and will withstand years of abuse by children. Highly recommend.

Great product! Fast shipping!

Faulty product. No response from customer service.

This is the second Wishbone we have bought. The first was four years ago for our first child and it’s still in impeccable shape after much use. The quality of their products is so great we decided to buy a second one for our soon to be one year old. I would suggest their product to anyone that wants a well made, long lasting toy for their little one.

Fantastic experience. My twin 3 year olds love the Wishbone Flip (moving up to the regular from the mini this Christmas). Literally, hundreds of not thousands of hours on the original mini-flip and I know the new ones will be the same. Fantastic construction and holds up extremely well. Was so thankful for the November “Make Us An Offer” Promotion. They were gracious enough to work with me on a fantastic deal to get one bike for each of the boys (shared the mini-flip previously). Can’t say enough great things about Wishbone Design. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Customer service was excellent. I emailed with a question about shipping and they responded very quickly.
Quality workmanship and easy to assemble!

Awesome people to work with. Answered all questions, attentive and super fast. My kids love their wagon…

Well made - second one purchased - stands the test of time for active children!

Fast delivery, nice packaging. Trike is still a tad bit too big for my 15 month old but he is loving pushing it around. Cannot wait for him to be able to ride on!

I am really impressed with Wishbone design, excellent customer service, they were able to answer all my questions quickly and look at the option for my needs without pressure, Erika is great ❤️I find it rare to find a balance bike that has 2 or 3 wheels with such a high size limit, and the quality is impressive!!! I recommend this company to you without hesitation!

I ordered three inner tube replacements as the original tubes went flat - the valve started to separate from the tube. After I raised the issue with Wishbone, their customer team was helpful and refunded the orders under the warranty.
