Very difficult to cancel membership. Spam emails keep coming after numerous complaints

This company is a complete an utter scammer never never never give these people your credit card number if you do you will regret for years to come as they keep charging you even after you go through multiple cancelations. Someone needs to take this scammer to court and close them down.

They have taken an unauthorised payment from a payment method left on my account from years ago.

Same situation as many others have also reported.

Customer Service is stellar. They respond pretty quickly and if need be a conversation with a live representative can be had.

Perfect balance of creative and professional. I love how easy it is to update and intergrade with different email platforms and mobile!

Terrible company. They are still charging me even though I canceled years ago. My credit card is not even on file with them. Stay away from tech companies that don't employ people.

I cannot recall ever being more upset with an online company to which I have paid a subscription fee for many years. They have deliberately and cynically sabotaged my account in an effort to force me to take a higher level of subscription. I find this totally appalling and unacceptable. I have found them to be immoral, dishonest and despicable in every dealing I have had with them and would not recommend them to anyone EVER!

This company could very well be a scam. They post a monthly rate but then charge you up front for a year. Couldn't find that info anywhere but it's like buried in fine print. I go to click support because the signature shown copy and pastes NOTHING like what is shown. I tried every export option they had for an hour. So I go to reach out to support. Turns out you need to pay MORE to use their support. ha ha ha ha ha. Called my credit card company. The whole thing was a nightmare. Stay away.

The look, the features, I am very satisfied.

I am unable to find any way to cancel my subscription, which is incredibly frustrating! It’s quite annoying to be stuck in a situation where I can't manage my account the way I want.

I was happy with WiseStamp until I needed to cancel and downgrade my PRO subscription. WiseStamp, makes it practically impossible to cancel. Their bot claims this can be done from the "Account & Billing" page, but that only allows me to upgrade, and there is NO OTHER OPTION. This feels super scammy and is following the trend of "trapping" paying customers.

So far, so good.. Initially I thought I needed to be signed into Wisestamp in order to see the resulted signature in both email accounts.

Everything was fine until I needed to cancel. I've attempted to cancel 5 times, a month later, and continue to get bot replies asking if I want to cancel. My account has now been charged and my account has not been cancelled. I'm not sure if humans actually work at this company. Beware!

I signed up for their service in 2018 and used it for a bit, then tried canceling in 2021. Not so, when I saw a new charge in 2022 I went to their website again and they described a cancellation procedure that wasn't accessible on their site. Confusing, so I emailed their helpdesk requesting to cancel. I was crystal clear so assumed it was done, but not so...they sent me an email encouraging me to stay on, and when I didn't reply, they conveniently assumed I had changed my mind and kept charging me instead of just taking my original cancel request at face value. I encourage people to avoid doing business with a company that makes it so difficult to cancel. When I finally realized they kept charging me, they refused to refund anything despite my providing the original cancel request. Slimy and deceptive way to do business.
