Horrible! Buyers be aware...this is the worst online company i have ever used. I placed and paid for an order in May 2026. It is now July 22,2026 and I never received my purchase. I have tried contacting customer support over 10 time with no response. Please stay away from ordering from this fraud of a company. Unacceptable and worst business practices I have ever seen!

They sent the wrong product that was ordered. I ordered seeds of a Hosta plants ( Dark Blue). A total of 200 seeds and only 15 germinted following their specific instructions. After 4 months watching the young plants, I sent a picture to them if they could verify if they looked like they were supposed to look because I was suspecting they weren't right. Absolutely no response. Looks like all they sent me were some cheap grass seed. Definitely stay away from ordering anything from them. They are SCAMMERS!

I purchased 200 Hosta seeds back in April. When the packet containing the seeds arrived the colour selection was not the one I chose and when I opened the packet it was material which looked like it had been swept up off the floor, these were not seeds selected and counted into the packet. I carefully selected 50 which were the only ones looking like a seed and planted them in three large pots, after 2 weeks no sign of life and thats the same situation now, I've made several requests from the company abd not heard anything back from them?????

I ordered an outfit online. It took a month to be delivered and was nothing like the picture in the advert. The material was poor, it was badly made and the colour was a different shade. A complete disappointment.

Brougt a pocket watch for my son from his Dad. The product did arrive but was terrible quality & not the same as the picture on the website. Customer service were helpful to start with but after I sent them pictures they stopped replying. Awful company, avoid at all costs.

Gosh, how I wish I’d read some of these reviews before ordering. Ordered two polo shirts. Both for me but I accidentally ordered a SMALL for one of them instead of my size, XXXL.
Like several others, I’ve had to send photos of what’s wrong, packaging and shipping labels. Don’t waste your money.
Further update: I’ve now had an email saying that if I want to return the item, I have to pay for postage myself AND will get charged £7.99 for their inconvenience - it really is such a con!

Chose SPECIFIC colors of Hostas from their website however what I received was a bag of "mixed seeds" from China!

Dont order off this company...ordered plant seeds no product arrived...unable to get a refund off company...has to be a scam

Horrible. I ordered a mesh polo shirt for my son and it didn’t fit. Just wanted to return it. Company wanted a picture of what was wrong (like I’m going to send a picture of my kid trying to squeeze into a too small shirt), and all the packaging and shipping label. The shirt came in a plastic bag that I had to cut open with a knife and simply discarded the remains. I had my confirmation order number, etc. but this horrible company didn’t respond any further or try to offer solutions to rectify the situation. I threw the shirt away and am forever done with these losers.

I ordered seeds on 11 April 2026 but as of 12 May have received nothing but excuses from Carmela, if that is in fact his/her name.

Buyers BEWARE as what I should have read about this firm, in advance, is all but true. This Chinese scam-hut with their 100% BS customer service policy is what gives companies, or back-room huts like this pseudo firm the crap rating they deserve!

Please choke on your dim-sum! 😉

Do not buy from this company.
Ordered polo shirts from a deceptive ad on YouTube. The shirts took over a month to get here, then the sizing was small. I asked to return them in exchange for larger size (though actually I was disappointed in the quality too. 100 polyester poor texture).
After several exchanges where they attempted to discount the price of both the unwanted items and their replacements siting challenging return costs. In reality it concluded that they don't take returns unless you pay for the postage and in addition a penalty fee they charge.
Do not buy from this company.

Saw a pop up ad for a golf shirt for men with a belly.

OK, I'll bite. Orderer one in XL. white. I was asked if I wanted to leave a TIP! Should have known something defiantly fishy. Got the shirt. PURE GARBAGE!!!
Terrible Sizing. Terrible Fit. Terrible Fabric. Will try to return. Do Not Expect a Refund.

Bought a set of wire cutters, product look great on the picture. The box came with a cheap pair of cotton gloves inside. Glad I did not pay more than $46.00. After 3 days of negotiations I got $12.00 back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS......

Wish I’d read the reviews before buying. Really happy with belt until the ratchet broke after six months. Expect a lot better for the price. The quality is not up to what they suggest on their website and their warranty period is a laughable 30 days. Goodwill 50% discount t offers on replacement - no thanks.

They sent a false tracking number. All they did was send a near empty box to the other side of china, and never left the country to my address in the U.S. I think they provided the same tracking number to every customer each week because my brother ordered the same thing three days later and received the exact same tracking number as I did. They have their partner then send the empty box back to the origin and use the new tracking number for the next batch of false sales.

This Company is an absolute disgrace, ripped my 82 year old Dad of with fake Hosta Seeds. These seeds do not exist and the pictures on their website are all fake!!! Please do not buy anything from this company, read the reviews! I’m so upset I didn’t know my Dad had ordered these, otherwise I would have checked first! They wanted payment for return to China! I can’t stress enough how bad this company is. Deceitful and Misleading Advertising. Awful Customer Service! AVOID at all costs!!

I purchased 3 tshirts all up sized by 2 & 3 sizes what I received 3 tshirts that would barely fit a child let alone a full grown man!!! Typical Chinese company ripping off North American people!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will scam you and rip you off!!!!!

Beställde en bh som var i min vanliga storlek. Den var alldeles för liten vilket jag kunde bedöma utan att öppna paketet. Dom skyllde på att bh var hygienklassat och inte tillät återköp. Finns inga regler på deras hemsida om detta. Fick inga pengar tillbaka.

If you buy a heated shawl, they give you a cheaper option to order without a power bank. They say one is "recommended", but not necessary. However, it doesn't work without one - WHY EVEN GIVE THE OPTION TO BUY THIS JUNK WITHOUT ONE??

When I asked customer service to help return one, they declined and didn't help at all.
