This software is a joke
This software is a joke. It lacks support of basic features like purchasing addons for active services, handling of domain renewal grace/redemption, distinguishing between hosting accounts and domain names instead calling it all 'orders' collectively. There is no domain suggestions on order form (spinning tlds is not a suggestion tool). Most useful hooks like domain validation during order, are simply unsupported. Fresh install is flooded with silly blog articles, predefined packages and service categories which i was tired getting rid of. I had to rewrite almost all notification templates because of poor grammar. The SMS crap is everywhere. I understand that developer is turkish and i've been in Turkey 11 or 12 times. I know over there you can't take a step without showing ID or verifying your phone number. But the world spans far beyond turkish borders and no one abroad takes care of SMS verification.

- Some datas comes by default with the first installation. In this way, we think that it will be more understandable. It is very easy to delete them. We respect your inconvenience and we will discuss it with our team.
- Notification templates come as an example and can be rearranged as desired. We sorry for poor grammar. You can be sure that we will review this situation.
- You don't have to use SMS verification and sms notification features. These are optional features. In addition to the SMS option for two-factor authentication, email verification, google authenticator and microsoft authenticator options will be available soon. Currently, only two-factor authentication via SMS can be used.

Great software, awesome tech team
As a 10-years of WHMCS user, I switched to WiseCP about a week ago. Their documentations are helpful, tech team is awesome and software is great. I'm happy to being part of this family!
An updated note about my experience (24.07.2021): I noticed that there were really important accessibility bugs available on the software that preventing screen reader functions to work; however tech team fixed most of them in a few days and I know that they are working to fix other reported issues!
This is the most short time that I received solution/fix from a company.
Looking forward new versions that contains new features and fixes for other reported accessibility bugs including menu ordering, activating/deactivating items.

Producto peligroso
En realidad el producto luce bastante bien, pero dedicando le tiempo te das cuenta que tiene demasiado fallos, ademas de la desconfianza que se esta geneando en resultado que no tienes accesoa la tarjeta guardad a pagar la licencia.
Para colo la empresa que esta procesando los pagos ( PayTR ), NO CUMPLE con el estandar PCI ( algo muy facil a verificar ).
Falta transparencia en la hora de las consultas, no se envian copias de las mismas en el email del cliente, tampoco se envia la respuesta ( te llega un email que tu ticket ha sido respondido, y si o si tienes que iniciar sesion en su web ).
Tambien hay que ener en cuenta que las extensiones / modulos disponibles para sus sitema de facturacion son un fiasco ( librerias y plugins con js sin actualizar con versiones de hace decadas ).
La unica empresa que ofrece plantillas usa CDN con librerias actualizads, pagas, instalar y ¡ un fiasco autentico!!!

Terrible support , no updates
If you complain and report the bugs, they will return with an answer to you like "find a server expert,it's a user side bug". If you don't want to lose your customers data, don't want to waste your time with their terrible support system you should keep up with other alternatives. I tried for 8 months and totaly regret from my decision.
From their side : all errors, wisecp bugs,wisecp related data loses (which belongs to customers) and mistakes are server related^^They are somehow always innocent. I will not change my rating for any empty-cheap excuses.

When we checked your account, it was determined that your problem was related to your server not creating user session records. To prove this, we have only prepared a PHP file that creates a session record and uploaded it to your server. Unfortunately, your server failed the test and failed to create a session record. Therefore, you have been informed that you need support from a server management professional.
Although we want to help our users with everything, unfortunately we can't help with server-side issues.

We've reviewed your account and you don't have any tickets for "data loss". You only experienced CSRF token issue(described above) and MySQL connect limit issue. WiseCP have a ton of bugs, and support is very poor. You can't reach a solution because they don't take any problems over them and they're always giving the same answers, avoiding people.

However, it was determined that the problem you experienced was due to two different installations. So because you didn't cancel the cronjob task on your old server, your system continued to create billing, send notifications to customers, and cancel services. That's why you thought it was all bug. We're sorry about your situation.
When we review your account, we don't see any support tickets for the things you mentioned. In our support system, we generally send a response within 1-3 hours and provide solutions within the same day.
In case of a systemic error, we consider it and include it in our new version by fixing it.
