The only supplier I could find who could provide a shower kit of the dimensions I wanted.

Honestly, I had my doubts in the beginning, but things went better than I thought. Everything was done nicely and without any stress. They paid attention to the small stuff too, which made a big difference. Really happy with how it all turned out, and I'd go back to them again if I needed to.

From design to installation, flawless! The team was friendly, efficient, and left no mess. Perfect experience.

I bought a shower enclosure and it arrived very late with no communication. The door was damaged and despite much pleading I have not received a replacement. I have phoned numerous times and every promise gets broken. This is a dreadful company with terrible customer setvice and I would not recommend!

To obtain a replacement, it took three months, several unanswered emails and phone calls, and then a negative Trust Pilot review to catch their attention. However action was taken promptly for which I am very appreciative and the replacement arrived today.

I order a new pan on Friday and paid for express delivery described as 1-4 days. It's the following Thursday now and I'm still waiting. No-one seems to answer their phone and they say they will reply to emails in 2-3 days- but there had been no reply to my email even in that timeframe. It's just dreadful customer service.
I thought I would update my experience. After the post above I cancelled my order and thought that I was going to have a difficult time getting a refund, but it was paid promptly and I've had a few email exchanges - so this is a legitimate business which on occasions seems to be able to work in a professional way. The communication seem to be the big problem.

Terrible. Order placed on 26th June 2025. Impossible to get hold of by phone or email, after days of trying eventually got through and they confirmed delivery today between 10-2. No delivery arrived. They then confirmed between 3-5. Once again, no delivery arrived. Tried to contact them repeatedly, phone line rings once and then cuts off. Granted this is different to the last week where their phone line has just rung out… Please buy from elsewhere, self evidently scam artists.

I ordered a bathroom cabinet from them and was happy to see it arrived earlier than expected. the packaging was secure, and the delivery process was straightforward. Everything was in good condition when it arrived.

Nicole was incredibly patient and helpful throughout - she handled all our questions with professionalism and kindness. A real asset to the team.

I've placed an order from WiseBathrooms, and honestly, it’s been a disaster from start to finish. It’s been a while, and I’ve received nothing, no package, no update, no response to my emails, and their phone lines are completely useless.

I’ve chased them multiple times, and it’s like shouting into the void. I’ve never had to deal with a company that ignores customers this badly. Total waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone until they sort themselves out. Never again.

I have placed an order online from wisebathrooms website and it has been a nightmare to get my package, till now it has been 22 days and i didn't receive my package and their customer service (online & offline) is horrible. I sent emails and call them on their phone lines and no response. It has been one of the worst experiences I have been through with this supplier. I will never use them again and I don't recommend anyone to use them till they improve their service and communication

I ordered our entire suite from wise bathrooms and it looks absolutely mint.

Absolutely 5-star service. Quick, professional, and went above and beyond expectations.

Avoid at all cost. Definitely scammers. An appalling experience. Half the order arrived, not as advertised. Given up hope of receiving the rest of the order, now the hard task of getting a refund.

Toilet seat replacement I ordered came quickly with text updates of its arrival.

I called in and was met by a wonderful gentleman named James. He was an absolute credit to wisebathrooms with bundles of knowledge and buckets of patience.

Avoid avoid avoid , no communication , no Bath , no refund . Going through credit card now . This is a terrible company they don’t respond to emails or answer the phone , only wanted to know when Bath was coming . Finally got a response when I emailed saying cancel order and refund , strange that ! They said too late as was with courier , funnily enough it still hasn’t arrived , it’s in the hands of Amex now . Don’t give these con artists any money . You are warned
