I made a transfer on the on the 9th of October 2025 to my father. First of all they sent me an email telling me transfer had been successful which was fine. The problem came when my father was trying to access the funds everywhere he went he was told he could not be helped. I then tried to contact customer care till to date October 13th 2025 I have not gotten a response. I sent several messages on their customer care chat no response. I tried WhatsApp no response. This is very stressful. How can you have a business where no one responds. Now I am very frustrated, and there is no one that is responding . I will never use it agan

I have always used wiremit,and not once but twice they have given me terrible service .it's so shocking that when you make a transfer of money and it states to have been cleared they still require the senders bank statement.how then are u using technology if still requiring proof from us that we paid ..it was first your gweru agent now it's the Bulawayo one ..kindly improve your services and customer care as this is not good for business

Rate for transfers is very reasonable and customer care is very effective and quick response especially during day time.That is the reason l have given 5 STARS,though improvement needed for night time transfers as the time for transfer might be longer or transfer declined,and no immediate customer service for assistance available .An application to use might also be quick.
