I did have one issue where I sent a large amount of money for collection and they did not have any US dollars available. The recipient accepted EcoCash instead, which I was not happy about at the time. I did receive an apology and since then I have completed several transactions without any problems. Overall, a reliable service.

I started using Wiremit last year after meeting their exhibiting agents at an event. The interest rates have always been great. In the early days, there were some teething issues, but nothing you wouldn't expect from a growing business. The agents go above and beyond to help and resolve any issues. They are my preferred remittance provider now. However, I hope they expand to other countries and not just U.K. - I've relocated to Canada and it would be fantastic to pay in CAD instead of GBP.

The lady in Zimbabwe was helpful and polite when i called the Zimbabwe number during the festive holidays. Sending and Picking up the money in Zimbabwe is as easy as it can get, seamless and no complications.
Rates are very very good... hopefully it stays like that.
I gave three stars because of limited availability of pickup points in Zimbabwe. I suggest partnering with Mukuru which is the most widely dispersed cash pick up point , available even in remote rural areas.
